    Morning all,

Just popping on to say hello to welshgirl and elphaba. Elphaba try not to worry (easier said than done, I know). I hope you manage to get checked out and that everything is normal.

Emsbet I'm so pleased to hear that your scan went well.

As for me, I'm 9 weeks today! It seems to be going fairly quickly which is good. I'm still feeling very nauseous though and can't wait until I'm out of the first trimester when hopefully I'll feel better.

    Have a good day all.

how do you always get such early scans !!! mine are always at lunch time when its packed silly and they end up running behind, leaving me, my bladder AND belly in distress :rotfl:

Glad to hear everything ok though emsbet :D

Thinking of you also for today sexymouse

Thanks :) We have been lucky with the early scans. The next one is 11 because it's a Saturday and DH likes his lie in ;)

Pleased your scan went well emsbet - even better that you're further along than you thought too.

Time seems to be going very slowly today! Moon had to be up at 4.45am, so I woke up then too. Have dozed for a couple of hours, but can't sleep properly. Haven't heard from him to tell me he got there safely yet, and he was meant to be there at 9. I'm hoping he was just running late and has forgotten or not had time to contact me yet. Scan is at 11.45, and I've still not heard from my Mum about how we are meeting up either - she has a physio appointment from 9.15 - 10.15, so she's out of contact too. Will have to find a game or something to occupy me.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Have heard from my Mum now, and I'm picking her up at 11.30. At least I know I'm not on my own now. :)

    Hi everyone

I think I am ready to join you all, eeeeek! So nervous though.

I'm 29, first baby...history is had a MC almost 2 yrs ago, then had two chemicals recently (one last month), and then this month we went on honeymoon, got back and at 10dpo I tested and had a faint bfp on a first response test.

That was last Wednesday, and I've been testing since and the lines have been getting darker :)
I did a digi on sat that said 1-2 and another this morning that said 2-3, yay!

Apparently I am 4w+1, but I *think* I may have o'd a couple of days before CD 14 but I wasn't tracking because we were on holiday.

I am still extremely cautious and nervous, but worrying won't get me anywhere so I am trying to stay positive.
I have no symptoms whatsoever, I've been a little bit gassy but I don't know if that is just from food lol.

I can't wait to get some signs that things are ok!

I am going to ask the doctor for an early scan, and if they say no then I'll book a private one for 8 weeks I think.

I just need to figure out how to stop testing every day to reassure myself!!!

Hope you are all well and looking forward to getting to know you better.

    Thank you :)

I went to the doctor last week on Thursday, so 11dpo and said I wanted a blood test to see if the hcg was rising and also asked them to test for progesterone levels. I was thinking, if I then had another chemical we would have some numbers to go on...
The dr was pretty useless tbh, I had to explain most things to him!
The results will be back early this week, going to try calling today...but they couldn't get me in for the second round until this Wednesday so almost a week later.
Then the results of that one will probably take ages too!

Not sure when to go and tell the Dr I am preg for definite. I guess the earlier the better so I can get appointments earlier etc. I am just scared to do anything in case I jinx myself!

I even keep thinking that I shouldn't be posting on forums and talking about it because I might jinx myself. I know its stupid!!
