I took a Clearblue one too with the conception indicator, and it stated 3+?!?! I didn't know what to think when I saw it because it could have been anytime! I really genuinely have no idea as to when baby was conceived. Cannot wait for some sort of appointment to come through the post!!!

Student. I lied. £12 fr four scan pictures. Three quid each grr. Was grand. Went in height weight. Then scan then midwife then bloods. They were lovely tho. Took two an half hours tho. Lol they gave u your bounty pack too

Hey everyone,

I'm 7+5 today. 1st midwife appt on Thursday, so will be exactly 8 weeks. She's coming to my houes - bit wierd, had better make sure the house is tidy! I can't imagine her taking my bloods then? I've had 2 weeks of nausea but no sickness which is good. Been asleep by 9pm almost every night for the last few weeks though!

Got a bit of a headache today so feel rough. Bath and then bed I think.

Scan is 22nd Feb, will be 11+6 then. I hope to God everything's ok. I just feel like I haven't really 'suffered' so it makes me think that something's wrong. Only 4 weeks to wait!

Ah ha, thought £3 was a bargain...! Oh no, I know I've put on weight, used to be ten and a half and I think 11stone some now but at least am tall... Knew I hadn't had a bounty pack but then thought, maybe I have and didn't know!

I'm umming and aahing about whether to ring and see if they have cancellations so we could see baby before 8th Feb - just feel as though things can't be going that right but then the beauty of having it 8th Feb is that I'll be in 11th week so won't have as long to wait til 20 week scan - arghhhh, wish I wouldn't be so paranoid, I'm normally the most optimistic person in the world! Do you think there's anything the midwife at my doctors surgery could do?!

have been having yummy orange ice lollies - hubby thinks I'm mad cus of the weather but I've found it doesn't make me feel so sick

I think it helps. In my area they give you a questionaire before hand so you can ask the father and he doesn't have to go, although mine likes to come anyway so he knows what's going on

So you are at least five weeks. You said you were a bit rubbish when taking the pill, do you remember when you last had a bleed? That might help to give you a maximum for how far along you are.

You've had tiredness, headache and nausea so you have had symptoms. Try not to worry too much about it, some people don't have any symptoms until they get a bump

I have also been eating a hell of a lot so I do have a bit of a belly, think it's just a food baby at the mo though!

my OH didnt come with me. there wasnt any questions i couldnt answer without him. just maybe check if there are any genetic abnormalities with babies in the family.

as someone already said appts for bloods, scans and booking in are different in different areas. these appts for me were all separate where as some people go to one appt and get them all done i saw doctor to say i was pregnant, was instructed to give contact details to reception for midwife to contact me, she did so a few days later, i had my booking in appt at about 7 weeks preg, bloods at 10 weeks preg and my scan is next week when i am 13+1.

i have been eating a lot, i am thin, so you can easily tell i am putting weight on, i am not sure how much is baby and how much is fat lol i only have a few pairs of trousers that i can fit in. going to buy extender trouser thing from amazon tonight.

Go to the green bar near the top of the page, click "user cp" then "edit signature" on the left hand side and then you can write something in the box and save it.
