Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! 2

Hello everyone! Yes b-j-d it does!! But it's impossible for me to relax, i am so, so tired all the time! I've got a day off today and i just woke up. Now, bearing in mind i fell asleep at 7pm last night, that's a lot of sleep!! Work is also being a pain, i haven't had my h&s review yet but a friendly supervisor did manage to get a chair for me, as i'm usually on my feet 9 to 5 and sometimes 7 till 6, but the other supervisor keeps taking it away! She probably thinks it's too soon as the other pregnant girls had them when their bumps were visible. Which is great, but i know they had very low risk pregnancies unlike me..
Anyway, sorry for the rant! How is everyone else managing?0 -
Hi everyone, great news on the scan skintchick, best of luck to those with theirs coming up
Was 6 weeks yesterday, and have pretty much constant low level nausea, and the tiredness! I have found a little bit of yoghurt to settle my stomach works really well for me, the blander the better. Also the gym seems to be helping my energy levels, once I've dragged myself there I feel great afterwards. I get hot very quickly so am no longer letting my heart rate get too high, but have been concentrating on lots of core and back work (was running before pg, but OH isn't keen on me continuing to do so, so we have compromised!). I got a bit upset last week, and had to point out that I'm not just a "vessel"0 -

Hi I've added myself, scan is on friday and I am desperate to talk to a midwife as this is now my fifth week off work with vomiting and nausea. I'm either 11 weeks + 3 or 12 weeks + 3 days and the sickness just isn't calming down at all. Moan, moan, moan! It's really starting to get me down as I'd hoped it would have started to resolve by now. Hope everyone else is well x

My scan is now next Tuesday the 11th. It cant come quick enough, I just want to know that everything is alright and see bubba.
Penny pauper you poor thing, I do hope the sickness subsides soon. I am 11 plus 3 today (unless the scan tells me otherwise of course!) and this is the first week that I havnt felt nauseous all day so hopefully you will get there soon too.0 -
Hi all, hope you're all well.
Hugs to penny pauper, it must be horrible being that sick!!
I seem to have found my sweet tooth today! I'm sat munching celebrations from last christmas!! i froze them to stop me eating them so I'm still very slowly working my way through them!
I finally have my 'proper' booking in appointment on Friday then my scan on Monday, can't wait! i can't believe how quickly its come around. i just hope its all ok.0 -

Hi All
My world seems to revolve around my MS at the moment.
MIL found this article in the paper yesterday so am planning on trying the dextrose sweets for my hour long commute each way. I cannot eat before I leave for work and the last couple of mornings have taken 90mins to get to work so has delayed brekkie
Thought it might help others (think there is a typo as she says eat fresh uncooked food!!)

Hi Jovichick, nice to see you here, congrats on your engagement, I still lurk in the other thread!!
Had my booking appointment today, I have the nicest midwife, she was lovely, very understanding though we did have a moment when I showed her my varicose vein and she commented I couldn't keep wearing my skinny jeans re thrush etc haha!0 -
Welcome Jovi and congratulations!
Love the idea of freezing Celebrations Lisa, I too have had a sweet tooth all day today
Good luck with the dextrose Glimmer, I'm finding that I'm more of a mid-morning to mid-afternoon sickness girl!
PP - your sickness sounds horrible hugs x
Best wishes for your scan Charli, can't wait to be there, and I thought 2 weeks was a long time whilst TTC!
Your mid-wife sounds fab Amy I too have varicose veins (lovely) and am concerned about what will happen, what did your midwife say?0
