Evening ladies. Had my scan today. I felt so sick on the way there, and so scared, but she quickly got a picture up on the screen and even before she said anything I could see the flickering heart :D She talked me through what she could see but that was all I wanted! SHe has me as 6+4 but DD measured small all my pregnancy with her so I'm sticking with my dates.

Baby is just .87cm long, and she said I ovulated from my left ovary, which has good blood flow showing it is still pumping out hormones. Not sure what that means but said it like it was a good thing.

I don't feel as relieved as I thought I would. Next milestone is the booking-in a week on Weds, then I can book my scan.

    Onwards and upwards. :)

    Wonderful news Skintchick!!

I reckon your dates will be spot on!!

Great news Skintchick, I know what you mean about the relief, just try to think that it's a milestone on the way to a happy healthy pregnancy, it's certainly a positive sign x

Hope all you ladies are well. This week seems to have gone so slow. I'm moving on Friday and absolutely dreading it. Been split up with partner for a few weeks now and am getting used to it but the thought of moving on my own again scares me silly. I'm sure I'll get used to it.
I'm almost 12 weeks now and starting to feel a little bit more energetic but not sure I'm up to shifting all my stuff on my own. Going to have to do a fair bit of delegation I think.

Lisa I feel your pain! I have been so thoroughly nauseous for over a week. Never been actually sick, but constantly a hungover feeling. It is getting me down and I feel good for nothing! :(

I know its supposed to be a sign of a strong pregnancy, and I wanted this symptom to start believe it or not! but now I want it to go away!!

8 weeks today :T Never got to this stage before
