I had terrible indigestion after brekkie this morning. I'd waited till I got to my parents to have it so had been up a good couple of hours by the time I ate. i think I'll have to eat sooner after getting up in future!!

   ;)

Well I'm not achy today but still have a a snuffley nose and headache which would be tolerable if I hadn't left my 4head on the bedside table at home!

I've turned in to a right blubbering idiot over the last week or so, I'll cry at almost anything. Last night I was crying because I didn't want to come back to work! :rotfl:

    Hope you are all well.

    xx

OMG the scan is soooooo cool!!!

Elvis was very wriggly, spent the first part of the scan bouncing off my uterus to headbutt my bladder ... constantly! :rotfl:

He was lying with his nose pointing towards my spine so the sonographer tried to "bounce" him over to lie with his nose pointing towards my belly button. I got to go to the loo at this point (very welcome too!!) so he had a bit more room to move.

The sonographer then took some more photos :)

She pointed out the upper and lower jaw, the nasel bone and the spine - they are actually really obvious on the live scan/film :D

She has dated me at 13+3, so 3 days further on than we thought. I guess this means I am to de-camp to the 12-24 week thread now but I will be looking in to keep up with the news.

Looking forward to seeing you all there shortly!
    Icey xx

Glad to hear it went well Icey, it sounds fab!!

I've been out for brekkie with my mum this morning. I'm soooo sad that i can't eat as much as I used to! If I get too full then I feel sick so I had to leave some.....I NEVER leave food! We also went to the knitting shop and stocked up on wool and patterns to knit squirt some cute stuff.

I'm currently sitting at my desk feeling mega sick as I ate too much at lunch. It's really annoying. I also feel sick if I don't eat enough, or frequently enough - and I go from feeling so full I might pop to so hungry I might throw up. Not fair!

What are you going to knit? I've tried to knit before but I'm rubbish at it and have no patience (and have a Grandmother who loves to knit!) so never persevered.

Your scan sounded wonderful Icey77, I cant wait till we can finally meet our little fella. Still dont feel pregnant at all, almost envious of Sa-ra-ra-ra and Lisa26 for their morning sickness - how mad is that!!!!!

I was like that too, then I had nausea and felt rubbish, then it went away and I wanted it to come back now it's back again after a week and I feel rubbish again! :rotfl:

How far are you Laura? Mine didn't kick in until gone 6 weeks. Even with the nausea, tiredness, sore boobs and headaches I don't feel "pregnant" just poorly ;) I can't wait to get a proper bump and start feeling baby moving about! In fact I'm positively impatient for that stage! Like it says below - I don't do patience :p

I know how you feel, I feel queasy when I don't eat and then queasy when I do. Have gone off all sweet things and crisps which is a good thing.
Hope all is going well otherwise x
