Hi happy days. We can be newbies together. You are due on my wedding anniversary.

I have a bump! At less than 5 weeks lol. I know it's just bloat, but i just caught sight of myself in the mirror as I changed for bed, and got a shock. This time last week I was half way through the 30 day shred and pleased cos my belly seemed quite flat.

We were hoping to keep this under wraps for a while but may be fat chance. Last time, I was in maternity clothes by 7 weeks and absolutely everyone had guessed by the time I was 10 weeks as I looked like I'd swallowed a bowling ball! We were convinced it was twins until i had my 12 week scan. I guess once you've had a couple, your stomach muscles are just shot to pieces however well you can usually disguise things. OH has to go up to the loft this weekend to put our holiday suitcases away and I may need to ask him to haul the maternity stuff down already. Lol

I got weighed this morning and I am still at my Slimming world target weight despite having given up on trying to maintain! I'm going to keep track of my weight throughout pregnancy to try to avoid putting weight on as both me and DH would be unhappy if I get too big. Obviously not in terms of the bump but I don't want to take it as a free rein to pig out and have loads of weight to lose after. My cousin went from a size 8 (who could eat anything and never put on an ounce) to a size 18 in her first pregnancy and 11 years (and 3 more babies) later she's still not lost it!

Have you spoken to your SW consultant Lisa? I think they have a specially modified version of the plan for pregnant women. I need to keep on track as I've put on quite a bit already I've just not had the energy to cook so we've had quite a few meals out.

I havent weighed myself but I have put on some timber!! It isnt a bump really so I know its just from eating a lot really. I need to cut out the crisps and stuff, but I was craving them really badly at the beginning

Today is the first saturday since I got my BFP that I havent had a afternoon nap :j
