12 to 24 week pregnancy thread

Hi all,

Hoping I am now offending anyone but having spoken to a few ladies on the less than 12 week thread, it seems that maybe a space would be useful to chat and move over to, prior to joining the 'big' pregnancy thread.
Personally I find that due to work comittments and also still being a bit of a scared pregnant person, I am unable to catch up as much as I would like on the main pregnancy thread.
I don't want to compartmentalise things really, but hopefully folks will feel they are moving from one defined stage to another when changing threads at the 12 and 24 week stages and then the main pregnancy thread after that :T Of course I still dip in to all of them, and hope we can all benefit from the 3 threads :)

I have arrived :j I will still post in the under 12 weeks thread but the main thread moves too fast for me. Also the ladies are much further ahead so we don't have much in common apart from the fact we're all pregnant.

Hi S good to see you here - the first to arrive!

Yes I feel the same, I think that by the time I am around 22 weeks I will understand more and so be able to post relevant posts on the other thread too but for now I feel a bit useless on there and unable to offer much really.

Our due date is now 26th July and my mum has already booked her flight to come over - starting to feel very real, and every day i look at the scan pic and think wow, can't wait to meet you little one!

Hi good idea, this can be a due date list:

    Sparkle 76 - 26th July
    Sequeena - 4th August

Anyone wishing to add to the list, simply copy and paste this and add your details in date order. Then post the new list and so on!

This is a good idea, only downside is that there was a massive fight to keep the less than 12 weeks.

The board guides said it was pointless as there are no money saving tips and if you want something for support, to go to special pregnancy forums (like BnB)

Im 24weeks anyway so im sticking to the main thread, but have fun!

Well I'll pop in and say hi, although I tend to find the main thread quite useful anyway :)

Are the heavily pregnant ladies really that scary? I will be honest and say that i dont think they will allow this thread to stay.

Dont be frightened of the pregnancy thread though ive gone through two pregnancies on there and the advise and support have been a godsend at times. You dont have to join in with everything just pick up where you can and jump in. If this thread does dissapear i hope you will go join in xx

Don't you know we hide in the wardrobes and shout boo!! :p:D

Only kidding. The pg thread does move super fast at the moment, so just jump in where you can and say hi - we're all there for support :)

Also, not sure if this is just the next 12wks or 2nd trimester. Because the 2nd tri finishes at 27wks :p
