Hi, I think there is some advice that says continue to take it for the duration.
I will use what I have then make sure I continue to have lots of green leafy veg I think...

Says sources are:
Bovril™.
Fruits particularly kiwi fruit and papaya.
Vegetables such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, spinach, cabbage, asparagus and parsnips.
I love asparagus when in season, parsnips right now, brocolli but not so much cabbage...:):)

what a great idea to start this thread. I too find it difficult to keep up with even the 12wk thread. I posted there yesterday for the first time in a few weeks becasue of some bad news weve had, but reading back through the thread to try and catch up with how everyone was getting on made me realise there had been that many new members it just boggled my mind! don't get me wrong I read all the posts but when come to reply I couldn't begin to think where to start! hoping to stick around here for as long as I can, hopefully untill 24wks and read about you all along the way but at a much slower pace then the big pregnancy threadDMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 315Married 03/04/2010with many thanks to MSE Wedding boardLO 23/03/12 Special thanks to TTC thread0

Hey Cleomolly.
Hope everything will turn out alright for you and your bean.
yep this thread is a much better pace for me, plus its easier to ask and see replies to questions that are more relative to our stage of pregnancy.0 -

I think this is good advice - I know it is especially important in the first 12 weeks but can still be beneficial throughout pregnancy.
Me too with the asparagus!
Another source is most breakfast cereals0 -
Welcome cleomolly, yes I find it easier to catch up here too, bu the time I get to the other thread often there are 5 new pages and I just haven't got the time sadly. I post the odd question but it's hard to even find it again to see if there were replies!
Galvanizer cereals are a good idea, I know Special K has it, sadly SK doesn't fill me up for long enough... so I have porridge or crunchy museli with yoghurt say. I have been liking the cinnamon graham type imitation cereal from Sainsburys, but can't find Golden Grahams themselves. weird...
Must talk to work soon, must talk to work... how to start *that* conversation!:):)

Sparkle I just asked that question on the main thread! Flower responded to me it's on the most recent page.
Had my date for 20 week scan 15th March! Feels like ages away (I want a private gender scan but OH isn't seeing my need anymore!)
Ooh has anyone else noticed a shrinking bellybutton? Seriously mine seems much smaller than usual!:rotfl::happylove DD July 2011:happyloveAug 13 [STRIKE]£4235.19[/STRIKE] £2550.00 :cool:0 -
my midwife told me at my 12 week scan about a blood test they do about 16 weeks for downs etc.
is this a compulsory test or do you have to make up your mind if you want it or not?0 -

I don't think there is any such thing as a compulsory screening test - it is up to you as to whether you undergo any testing.
