    Hello everyone :)

I'm moving over from Trying for a baby, got a TLP Sat 25th and BFP on a digi Sun 26th June :j Am so excited after 13 months or trying:jSo very early at 4 weeks and keeping everything crossed all goes well.

I have my 1st appointment with Midwife on Monday 11th July, which i believe is just a general appointment and then a one to one booked in on 26th July.Could have had the 1st appointment next Monday but i am on a days annual leave the monday after so made more sense.

I'm not having many symptoms at the minute, just really really tired. Usually i can't sleep though the day but i am having naps all over the place :rotfl:

    Hope everyone is well x

    Hi Darkphaery!!

I was just thinking about you this morning and whether you would pop up on here soon :D Glad to hear you're feeling ok, there're quite a few of us on here that have done quite well with morning sickness (and general lack of) but there are others who are suffering quite badly!

Is this your first? It is mine. I've got my scan next Friday, so have got all my fingers and toes crossed that everything is ok in there! Am going to see Take That at Wembley the day after as well!

How are those shoes, have you broken them in yet? :D

    Hello :)
Yes this is our 1st baby, i'm so excited! Although i expected to feel more 'pregnant' not sure what i was expecting but i just feel the same really, except sleepy and when it comes to meal times i am so ready for food.
A scan still seems like such a way off for me but i will keep all fingers and toes crossed for us both and our little beans :)
Shoes are doing well, wearing them a bit on a night time when i get in, i look so fetching in my pajamas. I'm worried now that my feet might swell and they wont fit for very long so will just have to wear them loads until then.
Hope scan is on & enjoy Take That! xx

Posting on behalf of DD who is 10+6 , she has asked me a few questions that I don't have the answer to,so hope you can answer. When do you get the pregnacy glow as she has broken out in spots and does the fact that she is thin (probably slightly underweight) mean she will show earlier as she has already outgrown most of her jeans & has a definite bump? Scan is booked for 11/7 when she'll be 13 weeks but she only guessed her lmp date as she wasn't trying (family failure) so didn't make a note of it

Some people never get that 'glow'.. I found washing my face with just plain water was better than smothering it with all sorts of rubbish. Keeping hands off the ace, no picking! and eating sensibly (greasy stuff and too much sugar made mine worse)

And some of the tiniet bumps I have seen have been on thin girls so her current size will have no bearing on her bump size.

I was in maternity clothes by 5-10 weeks whether I weighed 7.5 or 11.5 stone at conception!

Don't want to make you more miserable but when I have been sick I haven't felt any better after! Do what you can to keep you mind off it and I am an advocate of the gingernut biscuit before getting out of bed and eating little and often.

    Hi Ladies

Hope everyone is well, and big hugs to those that aren't.
Been awol lately - been feeling a bit sickly, but no being sick thank goodness. Well we've booked a private early scan for Saturday seems as though I haven't had my booking in appointment yet, or even heard from the midwife! I need to know all is ok!

    Question for everyone -

WHAT STRETCH MARK CREAM IS EVERYONE USING?

I've been looking at Palmers, and think i'm going to go with that. But not sure which one is best. Cream/Lotion/Butter.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

Only one answer to that, DERMA MUM Know of a few people who have used it and not one mark has appeared, I've been using it since I found out, it seems pricey but the jar is huge. It's so moisturising and makes your tummy so soft. I know so many women who swear by it, even reading the reviews on the Boots website, very good.

    Afternoon Girls,

    May I join?

I'm graduating from the Trying for a Baby Six thread.
Got a TLP yesterday and a confirmed BFP on the digi this afternoon
    :D

Digi put me at 1-2 weeks so REALLY early. Not sure what to do now actually, should I be going to the GP or will I be laughed out of the surgery?

    Thanks!
    Icey x
