No blood on my underwear etc just a little when I wipe after a wee (to much info sorry) its like light red mucus. Not much of it though.

Hi Jenjade... I have had this (bloody mucus) 2-3 times so far, at 6, 9, 16 and 20 weeks. Went to the early pregnancy unit who checked my cervix and referred me for extra tests - they've all come back clear :j and it just seems that my cervix is more granular and polypy than usual :o and so prone to bleeding - nothing bad though and mainly hormone related. If it lasts more than a day and you're worried then speak to your midwife who may refer you.

  • Hi All

Thought I would pop my head in again a wee while. I do check up everyday on the goings on.

I have my scan tomorrow and I am getting so nervous it is unbelievable. :o I have been fine all morning but as the day progresses Im struggling to concentrate on work. Its at 11.30am, eek! I think I will be 10+4 weeks but because my dates aren't that clear the midwife wanted me to go asap and I am opting out of the NT anyway so 10+4 isn't a problem I just hope I'm not put back too much, what Im really hoping for is to be put forward.

I had really bad MS on Monday morning, the worst so far and yesterday and today I haven't been sick but have retched. I am finding my tiredness is improving at the moment but aches and pains when getting up too quickly are worsening.

    Hope everyone is doing ok!

Hiya wife and I are going for her scan at 3:30pm tomorrow... She was scanned early at 6+4 weeks so we got a good guess that this scan will be at 11+6 weeks... pretty bang on 12 weeks. Wife still having MS... being sick too. She bit tired of it all now lol. She is on holiday for a week and half though so she will be going back at approx 13+3 weeks to work... hopefully MS will start stopping by then.

We excited for her scan too.... Can't wait.

Hey cloudberry, I really feel for you and can fully sympathise. Your symptoms sound a lot like mine. I'm back at the GP tomorrow. I've been off for 2 weeks and due to the nature of my job and the fact that I do a lot of lone working in the community I can't see me going back to work tomorrow.

Hang in there chick, hopefully we will start 'blooming' soon!

    Aww WonderWomle :-)

My mum took one look at me earlier and said were off to doctor. Got there and they couldnt give me an appointment. Receptionist said she can get the Dr to ring me - which is the 3rd time so far with no luck of an appointment. So Dr just rang, told me everything im feeling is perfectly normal and that If I was to go to work I would probably feel better! I swear she never heard me say I practically need help out of bed in the morning and up/down the stairs! How the hell could I go to work.....anyway I now have an appointment 9.50 Friday

right i have found the energy to read the letter from the hosptial. it says nothing about a scan but is with the antenatal clinic. it doesnt give any details on what it is about so i will give them a ring. Because after i had DD1 i lost a lot of bloody and was borderline on a blood transfusion the midwife added this to the notes she sent to the hospital and said they may want to speak to me before the baby is due so maybe its that.

Also i am due end dec so it cant be my scan appointment unless they made an error on the month?

Hiya I had my scan today and all was well. I am 13 weeks +1 so EDD is now 22nd November. Waiting for the blood test results to arrive soon and then we can tell DD the news and openly talk about it to all friends etc who do not know.
