BUT, I was told by midwife that as long as you eat 3 sensible balanced meals a day then you're probably getting everything you need apart from the extra folic acid. .

Sorry but this made me laugh! With my ms (even with travel sickness bands) my 'balanced three meals a day are cold potato waffles for breakfast, a packet of crisps for lunch & a head down the loo for dinner :rotfl: Guess it's balanced if you eat nothing but potato!

Sorry - just read this page - so sorry for your loss Jules :grouphug:

Hugs to all those in need, Jules i'm sorry to hear about your loss. Don't know what else to say.

I am 10+4 today and getting a bit over excited about it all i think. I am due my scan in 10 days and i think i have the beginnings of a bump but it could just be bloatedyness due to none movement of digested stuff! Have taken your advice guys and purchased some prunes, god it made me feel old, i though only Grandmas ate prunes, oh well, what baby needs baby gets. Oh and i bought a couple of lovely bras from mothercare to sleep in, my goodness the boo bs have taken on a little life of their own and if they carry on will soon require their own postcode they are so far away from the rest of my body! But OH thinks it's great so i guess that's a good thing:)

These are the ones i bought, they seem a bit more supportive than the crop tops and so a re better for bigger boo bed ladies (i'm now reaching a 34FF!)

Is anyone else not having morning sickness? I'm not and it's really worrying me! I'm 6+4 today had a scan on monday to check it's not ectopic like last time (it's not thank goodness). Now I'm really worrying about miscarriage because I don't have that many symptoms. I've had a nauseous feeling for a few hours on a few mornings but nothing more than that. Tiredness and sore b o o b s I have in abundance and I've had funny cramps and pulling sensations for a few weeks now. But no ms! Is it unusual not to have any?

Me. I never get it. Well I say never, I've been pregnant three times now and haven;t had any. Only thing is, I was sick all through my labour instead! I'd rather have MS! But it's normal not to get it.

Jules, I'm so sorry. Will they investigate now? I had a friend who had six miscarriages in a row, and she went to St Mary's in London to the specialist unit and they discovered all she needed was a hormone to inject each day (can;t remember which) anyway she is now 21 weeks PG! So there is hope. Hang in there.

Just wanted to let you know my baby is FINE! I need a rescan in a few weeks though as they think I may have lost some amniotic fluid but they're not sure as they don't routinely scan women at 15 weeks.

My beautiful baby at 15+1 weeks, complete with ET fingers (sucking its thumb) and rabbit feet :rotfl:
