hi all sorry i have been missing for a few days and i have to admit i havent read back. unfortunately the results of our nuchal scan and blood test came back as high risk 1 in 57. so i went on tues and had CVS done very scary but not as bad as i was expecting not painful just uncomfortable. we had hoped to get a quick result back by yesterday but they havent been able to do it because they didnt have enough tissue so we now have to wait for them to grow the cells in the lab which will take about 2 weeks. we are worried sick but theres nothing we can do but wait. so even though im 13 wks now im hanging around here for a while if thats ok as cant face the preg board just yet.:coffee:i find a cup of tea can solve most problems:coffee:
 but alcohol solves them all

Hi msfc. Sorry to hear your tests have been problematic. Any kind of worry can really play on your mind and a two week wait isn't going to help. I can't offer any real advice, all I'd say is to remember that 1 in 57 is less than 2%.0

MSFC - sorry to hear that. I'll be thinking of you until you get your results. How dreadful to have to wait 2 more weeks. xxLeo James arrived 7 days late on 26th August 2011 by emergency CS :j Such a cheeky chappy now :T0

firstly hugs to those that need them, think it was bella ,msfc and still waiting on sequeena, anyone heard anything yet ?
mse style for the pregnecare in a local health shop to us which is called GNC i think (will double check with hubby) well he has a discount card cause he gets all his gym drinks etc there, they ha the pregnacare on 3 for 2 but with his discount card he gets 20% off as well, and at the minute ey are giving you a free memberscard if you spend over £10 so worth having a look.
regards to morning sickness, have only been sick once today and it was actually in the morning so hope its improving and doesnt come back.
just asked hubby to pick me up a chow mein on the way home mmm cant wait, oh and the other da i popped into the bakers and ordered a liversausage roll cause i love them, completley forgetting im not meant to eat that at the mo, i did throw up about an hour later and im assuming it will be fine but can someone just reassure before i obsess on it lol
hope everyone is doing ok. xnow proud mum to 3 handsome boys :j latest one born 10/10/11:j0 -
