I'm a coeliac and my symptoms are different all the time apart from the pain - stabbing pains in my lower belly, really dreadful pain! IamJen is right, the first test is a straight forward blood test that your GP can do and this will give you an indicator (something to do with antibodies). The only way to confirm coeliacs disease properly is to have a camera "up" and some biopsies taken from your bowel. What is making you think you might have an intolerance? Glad it was a positive visit from the midwife!
How's OH today PP?
ETA: just read your earlier post! Duh me, sorry0 -
He is ok.. he rang his mum.. she had an op yesterday.. and he got some sympathy for some fictional ailment and his sister ($^^%%£$^%*^&($^) said he should leave me here with the childenbecause I can look after them fine and go home for a few days so she can play nurse maid!!! This man is 30 in a couple of months and they treat him like he is 12...
I am cross...
Anyhoo.. ignoring his ailments we are going to pick something up from tesco he bought and away to mothercare for a look at double pushchairs! That should sort him out!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Hi all,
Am rubbish at keeping up with the thread lately as am sleeping so much. However, scan was yesterday and all was perfect! :j Yay! Baby wouldn't keep still but got lovely pic and could see mouth and nose and I swear it was smiling. Ha! Hadn't slept with worry and then was overwhelmed and then was bouncing off the wall and then was tired, such a mix of emotions. Now I'm back to sleepy but look at the photo constantly when I'm awake. Ha!
Sorry if I've not commented on any important news. Hope you're all well. xxxxxxWandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...0 -

he isn't it was his stupid sister suggesting he did. He has been much better with me this afternoon
it is now his job to carry the baby up to bed.. she is no lightweight and I have been advised to do no lifting.. like that is possible with a 7 month old baby!! but I can try with other stuff. It is likely my spd will be back sooner rather than later so to try not to exaccerbate it.
He is pretty much up to speed as far as this one is concerned.. I just keep adding little bits of info.. drip feeding him it so it goes in.. he is far from dim but it seems to work letting him process 1 thing before giving him another to think about.
Pushchair and second cot to look at next.
Do I get another cotbed same as Squeaks or do I get a cheapy cot and keep Dot in it for a year and them move Squeak to a bed.. ??
I can't decide.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
re the cot situation, i'd wait til nearer time and see how little one is doing, if she is up on her feet, i'd consider putting her in a bed, do you use a moses basket at all, dot could sleep in this for a few months til cot is free?
hopefully now he will begin to spend more time with little one, one on one and she will get closer to him xlet he without sin cast the first stone0 -
Can someone make me 20 weeks now please?0

I think she will be walking about 15 months same as my other.. she isn't fast on the development.. far too busy learning to talk and growing!
We have a crib Squeak was in until 6 months..RedwoodBrook wrote: »Can someone make me 20 weeks now please?
