Well back from my scan and good news

One of the heamotomas (the bleeds) has completely disappeared, I only have one small one left which has not got any bigger but thankfully baby has!!!

I have been put forward again so that I am 12 weeks and 5 days today and now due on the 13th April. (It was originally the 25th April - am flying through this pregnancy!) Baby was proper wriggly and kept turning its back on the sonographer :p but did get to see little toes wiggling!!!

I will not need to continue with the 2 weekly scans now - I will be seen for my 20 week scan unless I bleed heavily in between now and then. The early pregnancy unit have told me to phone if I have any problems, but other than that I can now start to believe everything will be fine :T and they said they don't want to see me again. (In the nicest possible way ;)) Had a little cry with relief in the car on the way home, its been a worrying time.

So really I should be leaving this thread now as I officially past my 12 weeks. But may stay around a little while longer while I am still being medicated for hyperemesis as I feel a little more at home with the green/sicky looking ladies :o

Big thank you to tinks for sharing your good luck and long may it spread to all the other ladies on here !!:T

lemonmelon - hugs for feeling so rubbish. But keep an eye on how long it lasts - your hormones peak around 8-9 weeks and can make morning sickness escalate. You don't want to end up like me :(

Hopefully it is just a bug, and you make sure OH looks after you properly! xxxxx

I had an early scan on Tuesday private one. Got to see the heartbeat & sac etc etc. Not a lot to see but good to see the heartbeat.

Thanks Tinks, there is one just down off my road luckily so I made an appt and they said they can check to see if it is viable, give a due date etc..

They might not see a heartbeat as it will just be 6 weeks but FX we'll have a bit more info before I go off for 2 weeks!

Glad your scan went well, and yours chonorla! :j

Lemonmelon hope you feel better soon, as my SIL just said to me, you're allowed to feel sorry for yourself when pregnant and get DH to look after you as needed!

    Hugsxx

I had this one day, only thing that worked was lying in bed all day. I think it was a slight post-nasal drip which was triggering my morning sickness. Thankfully it was only one day, hope yours is all gone tomorrow.
