Ah exciting Tink :-) was she/he nice? I got my appointment for mw, scan date and obstetrician appointment all together in the post this morning so I'm really happy :-)

Tinks - I was put a week ahead at my last scan, and think I have been changed with all my other babies too. I was put 2 weeks back with my last one and he arrived a bouncy 9 and half pounds even though that clashed with my dates. So I do think they average themselves out by the end though!

My turn tomorrow - am hoping Tinks good luck is for sharing - well just a little bit with me anyway please...

Bleeding has calmed down again, but I know that makes little difference to what is happening internally, so am being realistic.

Can't believe I am past 12 weeks, doesn't seem 2 minutes since I arrived on this thread barely pregnant!!

I hope someone can give some idea to what I'm about to ask.

I'm 6 weeks tomorrow as it has been over a week since I went to the docs. How long was it until you got a letter from the mw? I'm very impatient and want to know my scan date!

I saw my doctor last monday and the midwife called me on monday just gone to arrange appointment for tomorrow.

I was 8 weeks yesterday (though it was also a nightmare trying to get in to see my doctor in the first place!!)


ETA: this appointment with mw is the booking in appointment not for a scan (though I don’t know if she will do a scan/listen tomorrow)

cant belive ive done the school run and a lady i know , she really a nice person , say to me. is there something your not telling ppl yet???

thats 2 different people today asking if im pregnant. im only 10 weeks, really wanted to keep it a secret til ive had my scan, looks like that really is not goin to happen

ne one else got a bump yet? i know this is my 3rd child but this is just crazy the size of my belly already!
i cant wait for my scan just to confirm my dates are correct!

Im 8 weeks and I’ve not got a bump yet (though my trousers are starting to get a bit more snug!) but one of my friends said that pregnant women do some things subconsciously – one of her colleagues guessed by the way she put on her seatbelt! I noticed the other day while waiting for the kettle to boil that I was resting my hand on my belly (I normally stand hand on hip or I tap my leg along to music on the radio)

People at work though are starting to stare at my chest a little more – though no one yet has dared to ask if they have got bigger!

Really Nice MW she was the same as DD2 and she is happy that I can make cakes again for her :rotfl::rotfl:

I see her next in two weeks at home for a booking in paper work session.

She went by my LMP dates and has left my EDD blank until my 12 week scan.
As I will have another sun roof delivery it will come along at 38/39 weeks anyway.

Hello all! Can't believe I'm on this thread this month! Just got my BFP today, no idea how to date it (the 4wd thing??) but I think Im 4 weeks as I had my AF just over a month ago..

Just waiting for DH to come home to spring the news on him!

hi, newcook u are right about doing thing without realising it!
i know ive got a bump though, my husband says im getting fat aswell ( lovely way with words) i went round friend yesterday and they know, ask them and they both said yes.

tinks, its great having a lovely midwife., do u keep the same midwife all the way through your pregnancy??
