47kg Propane Calor Gas Prices - What are you paying?

Paid £76 for a Calor cylinder yesterday in Dingwall. Same price quoted by the MacGas retailer.

Checked three prices yesterday in a 10 mile radius of my home near Dartford kent.
1. £77.??
2. £64.99
3. £54.86 (South East London Calor Centre) This company's price also included delivery whilst the others were collection only.
Needless to say I accepted No 3 but it shows that it pays to shop around, it also appears that some companies have special deals with Calor.

On Staffs/Shrops/Cheshire border I am currently paying £52.50 inc VAT and including delivery, and take 6 at a time. We have a new supplier locally and he has shaken up the Calor/Flogas cabal. He takes Flogas empties. Next job is to persuade new supplier to offer a fixed price for few months!!

Just ordered 2 x 47kg for delivery near Thirsk, North Yorkshire £119.70 inc vat & delivery. Flogas wanted over £127.

Hi guys, so I purchased an amazing gas fire without doing research and realised that it will not work on natural gas. It runs on LPG!

Ahhhh ... can anyone tell me which companies I need to contact to but 47kg bottles of LPG? I live in Derby city.

Propane has reduced in price from 87 pence per litre in 2013 to 30 pence currently but Flogas,and I'm sure their alleged cartel friend Calor,are charging 74 pence per litre for a 47 kg.cylinder.
I am in TA24 post code so i) does anyone know of a better deal and ii) let's start to publicise their over-charging!
