starlight_xx wrote: »Hi there
Just wanted to say hi
I was a member here a couple of years ago and lost a shed load of weight on WW. 2009 was the year from hell, my dad died very unexpectedly and I was off work with stress (work related) for 6 months. Between then and Aug 2010 I basically put all my weight back on again.
So in Aug 2010 I decided desperate times called for desperate measures and I started Exante diet (its a VLCD one) Ive been on it 7 months and have lost just over 7 stones - so far.
I know its not a conventional diet and a bit extreme but its working
Thought Id pop my head back in and say hello x
Welcome back Starlight! I read your story at the beginning of one of the threads - very inspirational! It's pretty amazing to lose so much weight once, let alone twice, so well done you!!!
Congratulations to all the losers and climbers this week!
I am very pleased to announce a 1lb loss this week - I didn't really expect it after my pizza, so it's a nice suprise. I'm also announcing 80 climbs, but I may add today's efforts later tonight so I can get it on the chart. That takes me to 578 flights, or 4816 ft.0 -

Haha, hope so. Did cardio power and resistance today. I'm so glad I worked through it, as my back seems to be a little bit better, but legs still ache. Those walking push ups killed my arms lol, but i've realised that the more push ups you do, the more perfect you make them. As they say, practise makes perfect.0 -
I've not managed to get to the gym and pool today
I have salsa tonight, craft group tomorrow morning and book club tomorrow night and I hadn't even started to read the book by this morning.
So I've done my washing, filled the dishwasher and read my book today (just finished), so I can make the gym and swim tomorrow afternoon before we discuss the book in the evening (life of pi)
Anyway, I'm still sore from Pilates yesterday - found it harder than Zumba!
And I have a pie to make and cook for the freezer - pastry just past it's use by date - still, it will only be me eating it
(and I'm still in my dressing gown - oops)Not Rachmaninov

I repeated that workout today and do you notice you feel the walking push-ups in your abs? :j:jSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:
