Forgot to weigh in but been a washout have been going to zumba and bodypump etc but have eaten out loads. Go to New York in weeks time for 5 days so April is going to be my month. Thinking about going to personal trainer as friend has lost 6 and 1/2 stone with working out with him and healthy eating.
    Yearly Grocery Budget - £100.77/ £3500. January Treats Budget - £11.80 / £100.

I've just completed Insanity Day 5. I must be insane 'cos I'm loving it :rotfl:

I've never worked out so hard in my life

A colleague at work yesterday said I am looking fab and not to lose anymore weight. If only she knew I was holding in my podgy tummy all the time :rotfl:

*sigh* Sorry I didn't list my weight yesterday Fred, I'm still STS. :(
That makes 3 weeks, and I still don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've upped the exercise, I've cut back EVERYWHERE I can on calories, and I've had a positive mental attitude all week. I was convinced I would have lost something but no, nothing, not a sausage.
I'm going to try zigzag calorie counting this week to see if I can get out of this plateau. Its varying your calories each day but staying within the same overall weekly amount (mine is 1400 x 7 = 9800) like eating 900 one day but eating 2000 the next to keep your body guessing. Its not recommended for more than a week or two but apparently it helps kick start the metabolism so its worth a go (at this point I'd be willing to try just about anything)

Thanks fred for doing the chart, you have so much to keep up with! I don't know how you do it.

Welcome back Dinah, sounds like you've been in the wars, and i'm sorry to hear about your grandmother and your oh's. New York is something to look forward to though!! Very nice, i'd like to go there one day.
