Just done Plyometric cardio circuit. Boy am i knackered. I took a few breaks, mostly during the push up bits. I mean, i can do a proper push up, just not too many of them. :rotfl:I still have to do my daily Everest too, wanna see that through to the end.

Just in case i forget, i thought id do my starting measurement stats and then compare to the end. So when i measured yesterday, these were my measurements:

    Bust: 32"
    Underbust: 28"
    Waist: 30"
Hips: 39" or 40" (dont know exactly where to measure lol)
    Largest part of thighs: 24"

    Hopefull those will decrease.

That's a good idea about the measurements. I'll do mine in the morning. The biggest part of my body is my tummy  :rotfl:Well done completing today's Insanity. I have Cardio Recovery tomorrow. Hopefully, it's an easy one :D

Who invented the biscuits oreos?:rotfl: I have found a new love, an unfortunate one but hey hopefully it will be just a passing passionate affair that fizzles out quickly:rotfl::rotfl:

    Hey all.
Eric sorry to hear your not very well.
Victory - i really feel for you, its awful that you cant do what your siblings are doing to help you to grieve and share the memories with them.

    Hey to all newbies.
I have come on just to confess my sins, as i have just eaten a bar of aero. Naughty Mandz. Well its weigh in day tomorrow and i hope it doesnt affect me too much. i have been rather stressed due to having hardly any money and spending too much time indoors.
I am still doing the everest challenge and will report in stair climbs tomorrow along with my weightloss(hopefully).

I got an exercise bike which i am on every day. i do 3kms in the morning, which burns 100kcals according to the screen and then i get on it when i can during the day.

Hope u are all doing really well on the weightloss journey. I have wrote down the dyno rod soup reciepe and when i go food shopping on friday, i will get all the ingredients and make a batch to freeze in portions. Will try anything once.

Should I mention the fact that I bake Oreo cupcakes, with an Oreo base, dark chocolate sponge, crushed Oreo buttercream and a mini Oreo on top? Does that get it out of your system? I do agree that they are bl00dy lovely little beasts though. :smileyhea:happyhear

OH loved his beef casserole this evening... until I told him I'd used some of the dyno rod soup as a base for the sauce. The look of horror on his face was ace, and he just said 'do you think that was wise?'. I then told him I'd also had a bowl of the soup for lunch too. He simply shook his head and walked off into the kitchen. :embarasse I just saw it as a way of sharing the love.

Eric, I forgot to say how fantastic for you to see your weight beginning with a 1!! Absolutely amazing achievement. I'm so pleased for you.

oreos are over-rated in my opinion. i dont dislike them, just think they're nothing much different to the average biscuit. would rather have a packet of ginger fingers and a big cup of coffee to dunk 'em in anyday!!!

i've climbed 116 flights of stairs today, which should take my total to date up to 5204'.
(it also means that i'll need to do 47 flights every day for the rest of march in order to reach the summit, so no slacking!)

Oh you just had too didn't you :p I want to try one of those now :rotfl: Can you post 1 to devon please? ASAP?
They do sound just amazing ........... but I will not attempt to make those as I know I will eat them :(

Fred - 12 sets of home stairs and 10 sets of work stairs, not many stairs today as not enough time to fit them. Will have to do better tomorrow :)
