Finally back on plan again and even managed to lose 1½lb of the 4lb that I gained over the last 4 weeks - caused by comfort/anxiety eating, a weekend away and my birthday celebrations (I can never make them last only one day!) so the damage could have been a whole lot worse! I don't think I'll join you all on the climb but good luck everyone!A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:
Joined SW 13/9/10 - wanted to lose 56lb and lost 26lb! Rejoined on 9/1/12 having gained 17lb of my loss!!!

Just wanted to say hi
I was a member here a couple of years ago and lost a shed load of weight on WW. 2009 was the year from hell, my dad died very unexpectedly and I was off work with stress (work related) for 6 months. Between then and Aug 2010 I basically put all my weight back on again.
So in Aug 2010 I decided desperate times called for desperate measures and I started Exante diet (its a VLCD one) Ive been on it 7 months and have lost just over 7 stones - so far.
I know its not a conventional diet and a bit extreme but its working
Thought Id pop my head back in and say hello x0 -
Ok so after yesterdays efforts I have to admit that I have found out my old step machine as I found running down the stairs a little scary :eek: So Fred - today I have done 8 sets of work stairs and 185 sets of home stairs
It is amazing how many steps you can do in 1hr in front of the telly, I got my trusted OH with his tape measure to work out the equivalent in stairs, :A He is so good to me:D
But I don't think I will be able to do this everyday but I am planning on doing a run/walk tomorrow so I hope the burn won't be too bad in the morningRestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

Home from holidays with the usual Spanish/Canary delays. 3 hours delay in Tenerife, got back to manchester hotel at 3am and couldn't sleep. GRRRRR. Finally fell asleep and managed a total of 2 hours sleep. Lovely walk round the shops and lunch in Manchester. Then another hour delay for the coach. What is it with all the delays no matter where you go these days? Got in at 8pm from 3pm yesterday, so needless to say I'm absolutely shattered.
Refuse to jump on the scales until Wednesday morning. Will catch up with everyone later4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

I did the Plyometric Cardio Circuit this morning. Almost died
