It's a 1lb loss for me this week which I will gladly take as my weekend was not great. I find weekends so hard so to lack of meal structure. I think I need to be more rigourous on planning for the weekend as it is my downfall and once I have gone off track, I have this 'oh well, screw it' attitude which makes things worse. DH away this week so hoping to have more time to zumba/exercise.

Fred - I got noted an inaccurate gain somewhere along the line - my actual total is now 60.4lbs please (for the chart)

Or the fact you keep your wee in too long? When i get up my wee is always dark and smelly, because its been sat in my bladder for ages. Later on, my wee will be clear and non smelly.

Eric - don't eat any asparagus then, as it'll make your wee smell even worse.

Victory - I use ziplock food bags, which work out much cheaper to use than tupperware type tubs, and fit in the freezer well too. I get mine from Wilkinsons for about £1.50 a box. I also have a huge vat of soup to find homes for today.

Reporting in a 2lb loss this week please Fred.

Spent a day baking again yesterday, and found it hard to resist the cookies I made, but will endeavour to leave them well alone now.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
