:rotfl:That is funny you say you used the dyno soup as the base for the casserole, I do that all the time:D it is just sitting there on the side so I end up adding it to the fish the other night or to a sauce as it is already there and it tastes lovely, OH is none the wiser, strange really because the chances of him liking or eating the soup as it stands would be very slim but in other sauce based dinner time meals he has never uttered a word :rotfl::rotfl:

    STS again this week.

Still bouncing around in the 72s. I did get down into the 71s briefly a couple of weeks ago. Today, exactly the same as last Wednesday i.e. 72.5 kg.

Hi Fred - please put me down for a 2lb loss this week!

Very pleased with this. I am almost into the next stone and should be by next week

My exercising is going well. This week I have been to Pilates, Zumba, a Salsa class and had a few forays into the gym. Also I have been swimming most days.

I'm finding I am more thirsty than hungry these days, something that I never used to find. However, I'm getting a liking for chocolate milkshakes! And I have had a couple of martini's in the evening - but still losing weight

0.3lbs loss for me this week, but I know the reason why so im not bothered. I know that next week i'll definately get some good results. :)

My body is so sore from doing both the Everest challenge and Insanity lol. My legs ache like hell. Sleeping yesterday was a nightmare. And i seem to have a really achy back, which is not helped by my job, grr.

Fred, can you change my Everest total to 4500ft... cheers x

High everyone. I'm back again as this thread is the only thing that has worked for me really! On January 1st I was 150lbs, today I'm 143.6lbs. So going in the right direction! It's been a rough start to the year, my gran had a stroke and never woke up again, passing away 3 weeks later, my DHs gran has had a stroke and seems to have lost her memory and has been in hospital 6 weeks now, I'm trying to start a business and I've been in hospital with asthma which turned out to be an infection of the lining of my ribs. Trying to stay positive that things can only get better and I've not resorted to hitting the cakes! However I still can't fit in a single pair of my trousers, and I'd like to loose another 23lbs from this point, ideally before we go to New York in the end of August. Glad to be back on board. x
