We have had a beautiful day here today so dragged OH out for a walk in the sunshineHave to say I loved being out and about. Only problem we were late back so there wasn't much daylight left so I didn't want to go out for a run in the dark
So a little annoyed with myself
So instead I took it out on the stairs instead........
Betty - Did you get out for run 1 today ? I want to know how you got on?We posted simultaneously!!
Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
Why Put Off Until Tomorrow What You Can Do Today? :A0 -
Hi Everyone,
Welcome to the thread Reddonna, are you going back on WW or trying something new?
Thanks for the chart Fred, it looks like my entry may be a little off though. I worked out that I should be around 36% of the way there, but the chart says I'm at around 26%.
Congratulations on the losses this week. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be joining you.... not after the Dominos pizza I ate earlier! Oh dear, I ate a WHOLE medium Meateor, which comes in at 2040 cals, 235.2g of carbs (that's 3-4 days worth for me!!!), and 81.6g of fat (half of which is saturated fat!). That is disgusting!!!!!
I have to check the nutritional info for DS, I wish I didn't read up on my pizza though as it was even worse than I thought it would be! I think that info will definitely help me stay away in future though - it's really shocking, and sickening (!) to think that I have eaten 3-4 days worth of carbs in one go!!!0 -
Fred, can you update my total for Everest to 4000ft. now. There's something wrong with your bar charts though, as it doesn't seem to be a correct representation of the percentages, for example, Mandz and Betty are way over the 50% line, yet on the chart, it shows them as under 40% still.
Victory, I don't know much about your disagreements with your family, but I'm very sorry that your late mum's partner is acting very childish and not being very understanding at all. I'd be just as upset as you are, and I hope that you're still able to put this aside you and deal with your grief alongside those you care about and care about you too.0 -

Not sure why the % aren't showing correctly on the chart as it's picking up the figures from the table at the side and seems to be working for the lower figures.
I'll remove the chart in future and put a % completed column.0 -

Morning, Can you put me down for -1lb please fred. a day early but I'm off on hols today.
Everest has fallen by the wayside soemwhat but I shall resume plodding on my return
Sorry to hear your troubles vic - words fail sometimes.
Keep focussing on the good memories of your mum - they will be so much more valuable than the memory of being in a flat where that fool won't let you in. Hopefully all being well you'll soon have a box of rescued stuff to go through with your kids/OH.0 -
I totally get it Victory - you need to be in that flat. End of. You need to be part of the process much more than you need your things. He has been in it for a number of years, so nothing will have chnaged since you were last there, it is still 'home'. I am so angry with him I can't tell you.
I'm sorry your siblings feel unable to stand by you, though you explain well their own fear and anxiety. And to have them all banned would made the immediate needs difficult. If he could just get a bit more health trouble so he has to be in hospital for the next fortnight, I might actaully believe in karma. But no evidence for it other wise in my opinion.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0
