Good luck - it looks a great work out if you're fit enough to cope with it.alliwantistosave wrote: »Good luck with insanity it sounds tough
I've just taken my BEFORE INSANITY picture and I look 7 months pregnant :eek: If nothing else will motivate me :rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

My Insanity Workout DVDs arrived (thanks once again Princess_x ). I'll try it out in the morning then feedback. Wish me luck :rotfl:
You're welcome.
I'll be starting on monday with you. I always do Insanity as and when I like, so basically picking and choosing which workouts to do and not following the calendar, but going to follow the proper calendar on monday, and hopefully we can support each other.hmmmm dont think my loss next week will be as good as this weeks was, my daughter had an assessment in cooking and wanted to do a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting so a practice one was made on monday which i had to tasteand then the actual one was made at school yesterday well i had to taste that one as well
awwwwwwwww i can just see a gain this week
Don't beat yourself up about it hun. We all slip once in a while. It's picking yourself up afterwards that counts. If you had a good week apart from those 2 minor slips, then I'm sure you'll get a loss. Even if you do STS or gain, then just move on and put your utmost effort into next week.

Hi everyone, and welcome Copperboom and Lexilex :hello:I'm only ahead of you by a few months!! 25 is REALLY scary tho! My friends and I can't believe we are all halfway to 50
Lol, I was exactly the same when I turned 25 just over a year ago. For me it was the whole 'quarter of a century' thing! It was made worse by the fact that my then 4 year old had just started school - for some reason I felt really old knowing that I was the mother of a school age child!
Victory - Your husband’s email is perfect. Very well written, and your mother’s partner would have to be completely heartless not to agree to his proposals.
I'm logging in another 95 sets of stairs. I really need to try and get back on target, I don't think I'm too far off though. I'm determined to complete the challenge and I don't want to get too far behind as I can see myself running up and down the stairs like a mad woman on 31st march trying to complete 1000 or so sets by midnight, lol!
I'm currently on 498 flights, which equals 4150 ft.0 -

Hi everyone,
Can I join in please?
I have been battling with my weight for 25 years (eek)! have been sucessful in the past (WW gold member in 1996) but now I am not doing so well. I weight 12st 12 lb and I am 5'5" tall (BMI 30 so only just obese). I want to be 10st 7lb , so I need a weight loss of 33lb.
I have lots of support from my family, yet I need an extra push - so here I am!0 -

Wow, this thread moves quickly!
Hi to everyone who is new , and good luck on your weight loss journeys. There's plenty of support on here with lots of friendly people.
I'd like to post a 1.6 lb loss this week and 21 flights stairs. Not many stairs, but it's the best I can do just now. If I don't make camp 1 by the time everyone is at the top, I'll turn around and get back to base camp to make everyone a cuppa :rotfl:.
This week's loss takes me to 7lbs loss overall so far, so I am trying to think of a non-food reward... any ideas folks? I don't have a bath, otherwise it would be a long soak with some Lush stuff that I have lying about. It also needs to be low/non cost as I am skint lol. I'm planning getting a manicure for the 1 stone reward, so I am saving up for that - I've never had one so I am excited about the prospect, and it's extra incentive! :j0
