mcdonalds do chicken salad with caesar or ranch dressing. They do deli sandwiches up to 8pm. You can also get fruitbags and carrot sticks.
sweetcheeks13 and I are so regular at our mcd's (we walk there and back every night at 9:45!) that sometimes they start to make our coffees before we get to the counter!.... we always sit outside on the picnic tables come sun or rain (or even snow!) and quite often the dog will do his "sad puppy eyes" through the window, wanting one of the managers to feed him some free chicken nuggets, aw!
Alli - well done :-) another good day for you then!0 -

Thanks Puds I found it was great walking up and down the stairs while chatting on the phone, it meant I did lots of sets but didn't go crazy as I didn't want to be panting too bad down the phone or my friend would of got the wrong impression :rotfl:Matryoshka wrote: »Howdy y'all? My friend said she went to zumba and found she didn't even break into a sweat. Dunno if its for me
When i did dancing lessons inc salsa i didn't get to a point where i felt it was working me out.
I can't wait to get back to working out! I stepped on the scales and i don't think its too bad. It still said 9stone something, and my clothes still feel as loose so maybe somehow i've gotten away with it. Still, i'n only 2 weeks in.0 -

Glad to hear your OH is helping you victory that was a very well written and compelling email.copperboom wrote: »English - not exactly a practical choice now the job market's gone to pot!
I really want to get into writing but it's so difficult, I'm mainly doing it on the side. I don't even have anything in the pipeline at the moment- there are very few suitable job where I am. I've just come back from a shop-floor trial at Lush where I got turned down!
I know the feeling copperboom - I am a 'writer' (following a psyc degree - totally unrelated lol!) but having a hard time finding relevant work.
