  • Monday- Park with kids (near by park so no need to go near town or shops!)

Well it is officially non-park weather (soaking wet outside and more coming down!)

My back-up plan was to take them to sure start for the sing and rhyme thing this morning. However both have woken up with sticky eyes think it's conjunctivitus....my friend bought her little boy around the other day and he had it :wall: so they've obviously got it from him! Grrrr so that is off the menu too! Little one also has a bit of a cold as we were going to do DD's plan....wellies & jumping in muddy puddles :rotfl: I think she watches too much peppa pig :rotfl:

Sooooooooo what to do on a miserable day with a town that has no dry shopping centre (i suppose thankfully considering my position lol) and two kids that can't mix with others until their eyes clear........any ideas!?!???????

Hmmm actually i may take tthem to the zoo, they have a soft play area in doors and i'm sure it won't be overly busy (well I can hope huh!) keep them busy for a few hours!

This morning I am on diet, had half a glass of apple juice (i know it's full of calories, but is one of my 5 a day) and also started back on my vitamins, I always feel so much better for the extra iron & vitamin c so I don't know why I ever stop them (and then feel rubbish for months and start them back up!)

Also had a herbal tea rather than normal tea (detoxifying I hope :rotfl:) and am going to have 2 slices of brown toast, no butter just honey....

Let's see how long before I crack and crave chocolate :EasterBun

  • Back from the zoo and claiming another NSD here! Yey! I didn't cave in this time and buy lollies, and ice creams that end up being fed to the penguins (don't ask) :D AND the rain cleared up too!

This afternoon i'm already in p.j's after a nice hot shower (whilst kiddies watched peppa- it's good for one thing- making them comatose!) and have my bright pink shower cap on whilst my hair soaks up a deep conditioner :rotfl:let's hope noone comes knocking anytime soon :rotfl:

Can't believe that my DS1 breaks up from school in 18 days  he will no longer be a yr7....and he will be a teenager in October...am feeling particularly old as thie realisation dawned upon me

I need to check online bank to see if tax credits are due in, as balance is down to a shocking £7.53  and we still have 17 days until pay day...double :eek:!!! I really do not want to see red on my bank account....or dip into saving fund for emergency!

Be back later i'm sure to update you all on exciting life :rotfl:

  • It is going great (if I ignore my tummy screaming at me!) I've had tonnes of water every time i feel hungry. I've had an afternoon snack of 2 breadsticks lol. My aim is to cut out wine, chocolate, biscuits & crisps oh and diet coke (bloats me out no end, even if there is no calories!) And everything else I will eat as normal...i'm pretty healthy anyway (i think...) so will eat the usual meals, and hope that I drop the weight! I've also swapped tea for herbal tea...and I am going to allow myself treat days on weekends :) I'm not going to be as strict as I was on slimming world as I dont have that much weight to go, and I basically want to train my body to stop craving s*ite foods & drinks that are no good for me!! LOL easier said than done huh ;)

I also went on my online shop and deleted EVERYTHING that was naughty :( but at least if it isn't in the cupboards there is no temptation (poor kids though lol)

Sausage & mash with cabbage & brocolli tonight, with mushrooms in gravy .....I've never been so happy peeling spuds hahaha my poor tummy ;)

  • Ok i'm back and I need slapping on the wrist! I went on the wii fit, with the sole intention of exercising! Instead I got on, weighed myself (+1lb) and then did my exercise....................and then stripped off butt naked and weighed myself again and lo behold there was another +2lb :eek: what the *beeb* *beep*

I know i shouldn't have! I had only had dinner half hour before too :o (large one at that cos of no snacking haha)

Oh dear. I think I may invest next month if budget allows, in some scales & only weigh once a week! That way I would be more tempted to do my Zumba, I only put the wii fit on because it has the scales.......or do you think I will probably just end up weighing myself 20 times a day in different rooms, different amount of clothes, before dinner & after dinner & before a pee and after :rotfl::rotfl:- probably the latter knowing me!!

Just updated my daily spend diary so it is all up to date for the month so far and has reminded me that the shoes i bought before funeral are in the car, unworn ready to go back to shop! Although we don't have a barrats here so I have to check receipt and hope that I can leave it till the end of the month to exchange, then I can do it when I get DS from school?! its usually 28 days, right?

Anyway another early night for me here as i am starving after my workout! -should've eaten after but i was starving before dinner too :rotfl:

Tomorrow i'm going to my first vibro plate session :j. Then I am gonna pop to ald* and get some peppers, onions, herbal tea (if they sell it??) & carrots! I need them for snacks- apart from the onion that is for dinners lol after that i will go to playgroup with kids then be back for the day. So should be another lsd tomorrow!
