They seemed to be smiling to me. It was messing about. She was ignoring them because they were being silly.
Now if she's made a complaint or felt threatened in any way that's one thing. I'm not saying that that behaviour is acceptable everywhere. If someone did that at my work it would be completely out of line but you have to consider the context.Wedding 5th September 20150 -
