Lots of nasty comments here, most are uncalled for. Just suppose you bought a new car and it came with no wheels! You go back and say that the picture showed a car with wheels and the garage said sorry they are not listed so we don't have to supply them!

Thanks for correcting that pulliptears. Was just going to.

Kightstyle, I'm not going to repeat my arguments, just because you couldn't be $rsed to read them. I can only apologise if you thought that any of my arguments or comments were nasty. However if you did, I would like you to point them out to me so i can refrain the fingers in future, but please remember that a difference of opinion doesn't mean someone's being nasty, or nice....

Psst wheels are not optional extras, unless they are alloys. Thnx. Grrr said I wasn't gonna get into that part again :rotfl:

On the picture it states: 4 drawer double version shown

Which makes it clear that the bed being advertised, is not the actual one shown in the photograph, because the bed being advertised is a single bed. Based solely on that, I would have done a little more research to ensure that I was buying what I wanted. I wouldn't just buy it because it would be clear to me at that point that the photograph was not the actual item advertised.

But that's me, my view and what I would do. Others have different views and would do different.

On doing a little research, some are advertised simply as "beds" and make no mention of drawers whatsoever. Others state how many drawers and some specifically state "non storage" (like this one).

If I were in your position, I would use the fact that some of their advertisements specifically state "non storage" to strengthen my argument. i.e. The photo, though you accept for illustration purposes showed a photo of a bed - albiet not a single bed - with drawers. Other advertisements for beds without drawers specifically state "non storage". Based on their advertisements of other non storage items being clear that they are in fact non storage, and illustration of the product you selected for purchase, it would be reasonable to expect that the bed you selected, would contain drawers.
I don't think you have quite read the thread properly, have you.
The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark

I haven't read all of the thread, no. I read the opening post, and a few posts which followed it, clicked the link posted and responded to the opening post based on what I saw on the link. Unfortunately I don't always have time to wade through every post on a thread.

Maybe, before commenting it would be better to make time, as otherwise your post could be completely misleading or irrelevant to the thread at that point.
