    Morning to all,

Nic - I feel for you, if you need to talk about it, go ahead, its best to get it all out and not keep it inside.

My bf of 4 years decided to go back to his wife last week, I feel numb at the mo as I suppose you do. Keep smiling though, you are the important one, no one else.

A not so nice weekend for me, kids at their dads but my mum & dad had a crisis so I ended up going to them to see if I could help but was told to leave as i culdn't do anything to help. Ended up sitting in front of the telly doing nothing all day sun, just worrying. Didn't do any cooking like I had planned or ironing or anything.

In work today as usual, have booked a week off in Feb though, I feel I need to have something to look forward to even if I stay indoors!

Had porridge for breakfast, and made some sandwiches to bring into work. I plan to have omelette for tea after the exercise bike and emm. Have decided to cut down to 15 mins max on the bike as the pain in my knee is getting worse so think I must be doing too much.

On the plus side, I went on the scales yesterday and have lost a pound over the last week so the bike must be working. And only spent £37 on shopping this week, brought that down a bit too.

    Have a good day all.
  • Oh Flutterby, hope it all goes well for you tonight x
Ally sorry to hear your news about bf. Sounds like your healthy diet and exercise regime are working well together. Just must be very careful of the knees. One of mine gives way on me if I've done too much which is scary and painful. x
    Hugs, Silver x

    Morning all.

Kids are at school. I have just taken a Victoria Sponge out of the oven as off visiting my Grand Mother later today. DS (6) had a wee accident about 5am this morning so just going to get his bedding in the washing now. Will have to TD it though.

Dinner tonight is M&S Butter Basted Chicken joint with veg and totties. Although will have to buy the veg and totties as used the last up for dinner last night.

Other than that it's just a case of trying to keep on top of the house work again.

Hope everyone has a good day.
