Hello, Can I please join? I am 18+5 and due on January 29th. I have my anomaly scan in 2 weeks which is a wee bit nerve wracking but baby squiggle has been kicking away since Monday tenderising my insides. One was so big it made my legs jump too.

    What a gorgeous picture :)

Thank you for sharing all the things you are making, I started a blanket and I am chewing over what else to make.

We are having a debate as to where the baby should sleep once the six months in with us has passed. Our house is a traditional terraced two up two down and currently our DD and ourselves are upstairs and we were going to make the dining room (downstairs) the nursery. I am worried about the safety of that and the convenience too. So we are trying to decide what to do, we can:

    1. Put our DD downstairs
    2. Swap rooms with our DD and put both children in the big bedroom
    3. Keep our plans as they were

Sharing would be my preferred option as it would keep everyone upstairs and the dining room would be another communal space. However there will be a 9 year gap between the children and that may be an unfair gap to have them sharing. Hmmmmm so much to think about!
Taking responsibility one penny at a time!

    Can I join you girls?
I am 14+5, due 26th February. This will be our first baby, we were really lucky as I had my implant removed at the end of January, so conceived relatively quickly.
First scan was a week ago and was AMAZING!!!
I'm a teacher and I am planning to work up until Feb 14th (the day before half term) so I can have more paid time off with baby, and then I'll be going back in September, hopefully part time.
    So, exciting times!!!
I have been really good an only bought a set of prints by Eric Carle from a charity shop to base our nursery around, and some muslins, brand new in an open pack for 50p for 3!
Quick question... how much did you buy and when?
