There'll be a list (a few pages back) that needs a little updating becca. Probably last posted by lily, I'd imagine.

Congrats lippy, see you on the other side in a couple of weeks! :)

I'm trying to get everything ready for my holidays while having almost no energy  hoping the pool access helps my joints and nerve endings and the sea air helps my sinuses....looking forward to going :D still a little nervous about MiniZee being ok while we're out there, but at this gestation there's nothing much they could do here or there, so may as well just go for it :o Ladies who are further on than me/already had their little ones tell me they wish they'd gone away around this time, so I'll trey my best to enjoy ;)

    Afternoon everyone,

hope your weekend is going well. I had a crazy idea last night of going to a car boot sale this morning, DH loves car boots and we hadn't been to one this summer yet so he was all for it....until my alarm went off this morning!!! :rotfl:I really struggled getting up but I did and we went. It was massive and bought a few bargains for baby. An unopened breast pump, some neutral blankets, tops and hats - nothing what a good wash wont sort out. We went looking for stair gates, we want 3 in total for different parts of our house - didn't see one! in the past there have always been stair gates but I suppose its typical when you are looking for something. A nice breakfast was had on the way home before crashing out on the sofa and only waking up 40 minutes ago....whoops!!

It is our wedding anniversary tomorrow so we have both took the day off and I think we may head into Manchester for a bit of shopping and a nice lunch. No major plans at the moment.....need to get through today first. :rotfl:

Baby info - nothing to report on the baby front, tiredness is easing, not had a headache for a couple of days but my clothes are much tighter now, I reckon I only have a week or two left before having to pop those clothes away. Starting to feel things in my tummy.....every now and again I get a wave of movement.....a little bit like having butterflies in your tummy when your nervous! Really looking forward to feeling the baby move.

Hello to anyone new to the thread!

I have had a lovely baby centred weekend so far :D Two people have given me heaps of maternity clothes so I have a whole new wardrobe to see me through the next 5 months and I had a mini fashion show yesterday to show my DD and hubby.

My mum also gave me a moses basket filled with bedding, sleep suits and lots of other goodies as a wee mid pregnancy treat. She also treated me to the J&J gift set. I was really touched and it has made the whole thing even more real :)

Today I am clearing the dining room so that my hubby can start getting it painted. Also been looking at wall stickers, I am really keen to have a circus theme :D

To those thinking about using real nappies I used the Cloth Nappy Info site to help me decide which ones I wanted to go for.

I am going to use a mix I think however I am going to buy a few every month to spread the costs. Just bought 3 Dotty Bots originals which were only £7.50 each which seems much less than the others and got good reviews.

    Has anyone else chosen theirs?

    Hey everyone,

I really am rubbish with MSE these days. Been very busy of late so haven't had chance to catch up - hope you're all doing well.

Just had a quick read of the above comments; welcome to Kynthia and anyone else who has joined recently. See you soon Lippy, not long 'til I'll be at that thread too.

Zippy - Have a lovely holiday. You are so right to have that attitude at this stage however difficult it may be. I feel sort of at ease knowing there is nothing anyone can do were she to be born at this stage. Well, at 23+1 they would try depending on her weight but of course, she's tiny so that wouldn't go in her favour. Anyway, enjoy your last holiday as a couple and I'm sure you'll have a lovely time.

Kerri - Glad you've found somewhere you want to have your baby. Why do you need consultant approval if it's in a birthing centre?

MrsBunny - Have a lovely anniversary tomorrow :)

Hi Becca. As Zippy said, there was a list here at some point! Someone find it, I'll be at the top! Hehe

I'll try and keep up with things a little bit more. Got my next scan and con appointment on Tue. Feeling very apprehensive :(

Becca's good at lists, I'd like to be on one if you don't mind :)

Nothing much for me to report, tummy feels bigger every day, still wearing my usual clothes but will need to go shopping soon.
