We had a little look yesterday and quite liked the graco Evo in the lime green seemed like it folded small enough. Probably change our mind when it comes to ordering one though!

Got more baby things today - but only lots
Of 35p tea towels from Ikea to use instead of muslin cloths!

Wow amazing scan pics!! So detailed too!

I think as we have decided to find out I just feel desperate to know. I feel very different this time around so part of me thinks girl. Either way I'm not bothered but I know DH has a slight preference for a girl as he comes from a male dominated family. My 3yr old thinks girl lol. We could both be wrong! I'm annoyed we can't find out at nhs 20 week scan. I can have a gender scan at 16 weeks for £65. We will probably go for it but part of me thinks that 65 could be spent on something for baby!

Lozza great idea about tea towels, I got a pack of muslins from ikea as our son had his first ones from there (still going strong 3 years later!) I don't suppose you know if the tea towels are diff colours? My son uses his as comforters so I need to opt for diff colours/ dye them x

We've got our pushchair from my son it was only new last year. I really want the carrycot but DH reckons its not worth it. I think I'm going to try eBay some things so I can buy it myself! I feel baby needs a red carrycot lol!

I've just bought a pram today..mamas and papas sola. It was on the best buy list at which! so we went down to a showroom today and had a test - really light and fits in our boot.

We have gone for a car seat that is completely separate from the pram.. a Recaro young sport. Also bought some sleepsuits, a couple of hats, a baby sleeping bag and some bibs so we've really upped the anti now shopping for baby!! I think we'll stop now but with it being bank holiday there are loads of offers on so we just thought we'd take advantage!

They only had these ones for 35p - http://m.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/art/10100909/

They did have lots of other colours/designs but they were more, our thinking was they're going to be sick etc on them so the cheaper the better lol. I suppose you could probably dye them different colours with the bulk of it being white :)

I've had around 5 or 6 people at work touch bump - it is strange. Luckily I don't mind it too much as have known these people years but find it odd that they don't ask first! First few people, I had my hands full so couldn't really do anything about it if I wanted to.

    Headbutt them.

Hope everyone has some sun to enjoy.

Spent this morning gardening - it's worn me out though!

Caved in & bought some knitted bootees yesterday. They were on a craft market so it was a 'now or never' decision to buy. Obviously it wasn't one of life's essentials - but they are cute & a couple of mates encouraged me to buy!

I was also given some knitted stuff this week - cardis/ hats. Obviously they don't count as buying (as I didn't buy/ ask for them).

But am still trying not to buy yet - want the scan to be done which is 7 June.

Pleased I haven't bored anyone with sharing my 2 recent scan pics.

Well had an amazing start to the day, hubby got up and let the dog out and fed the cats. I rolled over in bed onto my back and felt baby move. I always put my hands on my tummy when I first wake up, but still didn't expect a movement like I felt today.

I've had 'bubbles' as movements the last 2 weeks but this was a proper movement. When hubby came back into the bedroom, I didn't say anything incase I was being silly so just placed his hand where I had felt baby move and it happened again. :j

Re buying things I don't think I need too with the way my mother in law is. We've bought 1 outfit and that was weeks ago just because it was super cute, but since the 20 week scan she has gone mad. I have t-shirts, trousers, baby grows, hats, bibs, socks and a coat.

She told us last week she'd stop buying clothes and had ordered a blanket. Until yesterday when she told my hubby she has bought 2 hats and a cardigan.

My hubby is an only child so she's bound to be excited.

We have a pram chosen, but it's not delivered until the 23rd August, its from mothercare and we're paying it off.

We are still deciding on whether to find out if baby is blue or pink at 20 weeks scan on weds. I'm against and OH is for, for practical reasons. I'd kind of like to know because it feels mean calling baby 'it' or funny nicknames we've made up to other people. But on the other hand it's an extra reward for labour. Will make a snap decision when we are waiting I think!

That's what we did. Hubby said 'yea' to when I asked if he wanted to know without any hesitation where as myself I had said no all along.

But come the actual moment of the scan when we were asked at the beginning if we wanted to know, I looked at my hubby and said I didn't mind.

Though only we know, we've not told anyone else.

Enjoy the scan, it is fantastic. Hubby was so excited that he asked me when the next scan was when we left, hated telling him that was it.

We've looked into prices for private 3d/4d scans when I'm further along just as a possibility.
