I'll probably store the pram at either my parents or inlaws, and feel thoroughly silly for doing so, but I always seem to buy into stupid superstitions. I think you're right to keep it in the spare room rather than the garage though, means you can have a play with it whenever you want as well:D
I got this one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230577156517&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT as it came with absoloutely everything you could possibly need.
It has nice big chunky wheels & really good suspension too.
I looked on alot of the pram websites & what I wanted was going to cost £600+ so I choose a cheaper option.
I know it's more MSE to get a secondhand one but it's my last baby & I wanted him to have something nice.I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

I was definitely not asked to empty my bladder before the scan, she even made sure to tell me not to go to the loo when I had to go walk to get baby to move.
You dont need a full bladder, it will probably help not to have one anyway as they press a lot harder this time than the 12 week scan and it can be very uncomfortable if youre dying for the loo! I drank a bottle of water. I asked this question before my scan though and was told you dont need a full bladder, someone only had a cup of tea before she went and it was fine. I just wanted to make sure I had some extra lol.:j0 -
BCS your pushchair looks lush (never thought I'd say that about a pushchair!). It's all so exciting!!
I too am looking forward to getting started on the nursery. I was in there today measuring up. I'm just desperate to have this next scan and know everything is progressing well and our baby is ok then I'll truely relax and get super excited and get buying. I'm glad we've got the pushchair, I just hope I didn't tempt fate. Only 4 more sleeps.
I think I'll ring about the bladder because I guess each place has their own guidelines.
Right, sleepybo's time so night night.0 -

It weird that i'm so excited by everything considering i've done it 3 times before.
I guess I know it's my last time to be a mum & it has been 12 years since my daughter so it does kind of feel all new again.
nothing weird about it hun, enjoy every minute. your pram is lush, i did look at it, but for me the buggy mode isn't a design i like and i'd only have it on pram mode for a few month's. but wow what a choice of colours.
i however am completely the opposite. With my last baby as he took so long to concieve i was convinced he was never gonna happen, then when he did i was convinced somethign was gonna go wrong. i bought everything new as i kept thinking he's a little miracle and he is prob gonna be my last ( even tho no probs whatsoever at all) i just felt so overwhelmed to have him.
but falling so quickly for this one i feel so different. and were planning on having more, something i only dreamed about in last pregnancy. but it feel's so much more real now that i will go on to have more ( now i said that i prob wont).
enjoy ur scan claire, Well done if you stay team yellow. I've done it before. there is a huge sence of achievement i found when i said no to finding out the sex, even tho part of me wanted to,lol.0 -

Hi all,
Just to say I found this site which is useful for baby names:
http://www.yeahbaby.com/baby-name-generator.php
You can put in the names you already like, plus middle names and your surname, and it will then show a selection mixed up of what you entered.:):)
