thanks sequeena, it's just so frustrating cos i'm usually quite active and my other pregnancies were really easy, no tiredness or sickness, even the labours were a piece of cake! arrrrgh, i hope it'll all change soon cos i think a summer of feeling like crap will drive me insane.
i think at 35 i'm getting too old, lol, i'm not the spring chicken i was when i had my lad 13 years ago :)
    Skint, but happy (ish):p

Welcome Twinkle and hi Sequeena - wondered where you were!

Has anyone seen Apricot lately? Haven't seen her here on the main thread much.

Hope you feel better soon Twinkle - I have to say last night I didn't feel great and hope it's not the catch up starting, for the easy-ish 23 weeks I have had so far. I am 35 in July so not far behind you, but this is my first baby.

well if it make's u ladys feel better, i'm only 29 but today i feel 49 ! oh my goodness i hurt in places i didn't know i had.

my youngest is poorly so been to doc's. not entirely sure what is wrong lots of possiblties from chicken pox to impidigo. all down to his sick bug he had monday which has left him very low he has come out in spots. there so bad on his nappy line he wanted buggy for school run as he was just crying. it horrible seeing him poorly.so he has anti boc and cream. but he has been giving me the best cuddles ever, and even tho he poorly he has been so loving and kind and even shared his fruitella.he now watching tinkerbell and the great fairy rescue, snuggled under his duvet on the sofa. he is so tired but just won't give in.

claire well done on staying with team yellow.

I'm 38  & do think it's more scary this time round.

    I had my 1st son when I was 21, my 2nd son when I was 23 & my daughter when I was 25.

I'm dreading being heavily pregnant in the Summer as I suffer from low blood pressure & faint alot when it's hot.
I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

thats similar ages to me, my first i was 22, then 23 and then 26. i loved having the small gap between baby 1 and 2. the crazy hustle and bustle of it all.

There is 19 months between my 2 boys & it was lovely when they were toddlers.

It isn't so nice now they are teenagers though. :rotfl:

Goodness you're all better than me - I reached 30 and thought that I'm just about ready to cope with 1!

How's it all going? Nothing much to report here apart from being pleased that tge chilli didn't give me any grief.

I have to say, apart from a few twinges in my back and hip (which I'm trying to ignore), touch wood I'm feeling pretty good. No tiredness, sickness or emotional hormone rages for now.

I've got myself a right pot belly now but I'm proud of it. I'm ignoring the lard I've put on elsewhere and just enjoying my bump. I can't wait for Friday!!! It's soooooo long to wait but then I get out of my diva mindset and think wow, I'll hopefully see a healthy little bubs who can call my son or daughter. Feels random but in a brilliant way.

Thanks Sparkle, I'm still about most days but am so tired I forget to post in any of the pregnancy threads.

I'll be 22 when Thomas arrives which I think for me is the right age. I must be ancient compared to my mother, sister and niece. My mum and sis were 18 having their first and my niece will be 18 when her girl arrives in July.

Having children that young just isn't for me. I started TTC at 19 because I wanted to be in my 20s and they kept pushing each month 'where's my grandchild' etc. !!!!!! give a woman a chance!

I'm 22 weeks tomorrow, it's flying by now :) Got a scan on 18th April, 25 week midwife appointment on the 21st (day after my birthday!) and my GTT is on May 12th
