Had a weird experience this morning when I woke up and my uterus felt like it had moved to my right hand side! It was really hard and was wondering if baby had been chilling there in the night? Seems to have gone back to normal now! Has anyone else had this?

  • sorry I can't help, I don't feel any movement at all.

I'm going to have to buy a new sports bra! the cups are ok but the band is suffocating me! I think I'll go to bravissimo as my boobs don't seem to be changing size but need the extra support.

It is just the baby moving position.. your uterus doesn't move, it is held in place with all manner of connective tissues, ligaments, muscles etc.

Mine is usually laid right across the top of my tummy in a morning.. and turns back breech as I crawl out of bed.. I have feet pounding my bladder constantly.. it is very uncomfortable and I feel like they are about to drop out the bottom frequently lol.

Someone stop me! I have just purchased 63 packs of Huggies baby wipes. They were on offer (B1G2F), had a £10 off £50 spend and also 5% cashback. They worked out a 65p a pack.

They will get used, but 63 packs?? My word. And technically they were free cos I used cashback that had just been credited to my account from TCB. :rotfl:

One can never have too many baby wipes when you have babies/kids!
  • My bumpette 18 + 2 - looks more like a beer belly to me!

And what if your baby is allergic to them? Or you are? or they get all dry and crispy before you use them?

I couldn't use wipes at all on most of mine until they were about 6-7 months old because where I wiped the skin simply blistered and peeled off.. we used cotton wool and baby lotion.

Stop being silly!!! Do you think the shops will run out? The same with nappies.. you buy 2 or 3 packs before baby arrives and go to the shop when you need more.. 2-3 packs is enough for at least 2 weeks.

they are often on that offer in Tesco.

    there you go.. :p

I hate shopping so anything so keep me out the supermarkets haha.

If the new baby is allergic then they'll get used on the super sticky toddler (how do they get as sticky) so at least they wont go to waste.

Allergy wise, they are the only wipes that I can tolerate. I have hypersensitive skin and other brands irritate me no end so hopefully it all works out ok. Plus i'll donate some to my mum.

They're purchased now so i'll use the above to justify it :rotfl:

Same here! I had about 2 months worth of supplies when DS was born, and i'll probably do the same again this time :) I didnt leave the house for about 2 weeks when he was born and even then it was only quick trips out.

I hope you have somewhere to put them all! I could just imagine my OHs face if I came home with that many wipes :rotfl:
Can just see you now surrounded by a mountain of baby wipes :D
