OH seems fine with it... I am not.
Baby is all ok though which doesn't help, it just makes me feel worse for feeling so crap about it all.
I have felt this conflicted about a couple of the others, I will be fine when it arrives... nice to see you here Sally
congrats on team pink Angi. Sorry to hear about work, glad to hear you are fighting them.
lovely bump MV
I might get in contact with maternity action. I have to take all my annual leave before baby as none carries over and I don't accrue bank holidays. Has anyone had that from their work?
just a bit more bumpy than flab now at least. 17+1
That's standard practice that they make you take your annual leave first if you are going to be off over the holiday year change - better that than lose it!0 -
Hi everyone, I've been a bit quiet as for some reason worry has set in.
I have no reason to be worried, but just am. I'm 18+5 and ever since my 16 week midwife appt and hearing the heart beat I'm desperate for another form of confirmation that all is okay.
I haven't felt baby move yet and I hate the feeling of limbo, with not feeling any movement yet, not being able to listen to the heart beat again and having to wait until the 8th May for our next scan is proving horrible. It just seems forever between appts to make me feel at ease, sounds silly I know.
I was tempted to get a fetal doppler but all the reviews at like argos etc said they were a waste of money.
Anyway, moving on. If anyone hasn't checked it out mamas/papas have 50% off some maternity wear.
I picked up some jeans for £10 instead of £30.Mummy to two girls: October 2013 and February 20160 -
I love my Doppler.. I've used them with the last 6 and they are very reassuring.. if they were a waste of money I'd be the first complaining. I have a doppler and I love it, it's very reassuring. I've found it pretty easy to find baby's heart beat since I was around 14 weeks (now near 17 weeks). I got an angelsounds one off amazon for about £150
