Thanks Ihatedida, good to know others are feelin the same, yeah beding down seems to do it! OOh massive good luck i your scan tomoro, sure it'll be fine. What do you think your having? What's your bump like? wonder if there really is a correlation between bump and sex, is it meant to be high for a boy, low for a girl?0

Before my scan I was forever told that my low laying bump was because I am having a boy and they were all right.
Good luck for tomorrow Ihatedida0 -

Good luck with the scans ladies. Mine isn't until the 12th of next month
Feels like ages away.
I've really felt the cold today and been really tired again, I'm sure I'm slightly anaemic as I don't feel unwell in myself. Will see how I go with being back at work this week and go to the doctors at the weekend if I'm still feeling it then.0 -

Thank you - bump is high. I think its a boy - OH thinks its a girl (I secretly would prefer a girl whilst I think OH would like a boy!).
I have analysed its nub on the 1st scan and it looks boy-like (or think I have - haha - good old Google eh!:D). Actually it could have been a leg or arm - or in fact even a bubble!!!!! (so really I haven't a clue!)0 -
Following on from our 'big bump' discussion the other week.. I saw friend yesterday who is ten weeks ahead of me, and I swear we are about the same size!!
I tell you what - this site is very reassuring - I came across it yesterday! http://www.i-am-pregnant.com/names/photobook3.htm?weeks=19 (I cannot also believe that I had my hair cut at the weekend and people who I work with have noticed the teeny bit I had cut off - but not the huge belly I am now supporting! Some still have no idea that I am pregnant!)0 -
Hi Ladies
My scan is also the 12th Feb Sparkles and I'm getting impatient!
All of yesterday afternoon I had a pain in the side of my stomach, a bit like a cramp that comes and goes but could feel something all the time, should I be worried?New first time mummy to a gorgeous little boy!

Good luck with your scan, IHateDida
Mine is on the 25th, so only next week now!
I think with the commenting on your bump, a lot of people don't like to say unless it's a very definite baby bump, just in case you're just having a bloated day and will get offended. I was about 30 weeks last time before anyone who didn't know I was pregnant asked if I was.
My bump seems to have "popped" in the last week. It's a good job I've got some maternity trousers now as I don't think I'll get in my regular jeans again. Ooooh, these elasticated waists are so nice
I have some bump bands from last time, which won't fit me now, which I'm happy to pass on if they are any use to anyone, just PM me your details. They are New Look size M/L (I'd say about a 14), there are 3 - one each of black, white and grey.
ETA: Bump bands now gone :-)You can do anything, make anything, dream anything. If you change the world, the world will change.0 -
Hi all, daughter is now 21 weeks, she had her scan last week and all is going well (she didn't want to know the sex, oooh i love surprises, but her partner was upset coz he really wanted to know).
Does anyone know anything about the MAT1B form, my daughter is beginning to panic, as she thought she would be given it when she went for her scan, but they said she would get it at her next midwife appointment when she will be 25 weeks, her panic is because she has been told her employer needs it at least 15 weeks before her due date..... I've been on the direct gov site and from what i've read on there it seems it is needed 21 days before the due date. So now i am really confused, any help or advice about this form will be very much appreciated.
Good luck to all of you with upcoming scans, it's all sooo exciting0
