Hi everyone,
It's V Day for me today woo hooo. Can't beliecve it is actually here - I know there is a long way to go - but after such a battle to get here, all these milestones are so lovely to reach!
Thanks for the congrats Lisa xx
My little lady has also been having a rave all day, from the moment I woke up she has been on the go, and OH and I have been staring at my belly for a large part of the day as it looks so funny lol.
Hope you all ok, will hang about for a while, but going to take the big step over to the next thread too x x x xMarried the Man of my dreams 30/08/2008Baby No.1 arrived 04/04/2012, gorgeous little girl after 4 years of fertility issues!!:j:T0 -

It is very very quick isnt it lol, nice to hear of babies being born though.
Hope you are doing well? x xMarried the Man of my dreams 30/08/2008Baby No.1 arrived 04/04/2012, gorgeous little girl after 4 years of fertility issues!!:j:T0 -
Oh yes i love to hear the stories but it also scares me!!!
I am doing fine thank you. Time seems to be passing a lot quicker now and so it actually seems that i am getting somewhere. April will be here before we know it and then we will have our hands full.
From your posts it sounds like you have a little wriggler. I seem to aswell and he seems to come awake just as im wanting to sleep. Hope thats not a sign of his sleeping habits!!DS1 born June 2000

I know what you mean - I wasn't fretting until I started keeping an eye on that thread too lol. To be fair am still really calm about it all, think we have waited that long, that I actually don't care how much it hurts(I am well aware that I will feel differently when it starts hurting lol).
I can't believe how quickly it is all going by, I feel a bit of a fraud too though sometimes, cause I haven't had many proper pregnancy symptoms and generally have been really well.
Oh you are right though, I have a proper wriggler, far more today than normal, and really really strong today, the strongest it has been. She wakes up the second I lay down in bed at night, and goes on for about half an hour normally, but I find it doesn't stop me nodding off and actually find it quite relaxing. Then she wakes up each time I go to the loo in the night, 2 ish, 4 ish and 6 ish, but again doesn't stop me nodding back off.
I don't think I have really spotted a pattern during the day, maybe not been trying to see one though!
I have just got the hospital list off the big thread and am going to put it in my baby book, might start thinking about getting a bag ready at some point! x xMarried the Man of my dreams 30/08/2008Baby No.1 arrived 04/04/2012, gorgeous little girl after 4 years of fertility issues!!:j:T0 -
Im a serial toilet visitor in the night aswell. Was 5 times last night and it drives me mad.
I dont mind the kicks etc. its just the really low down ones that take my breathe away.
I havent even thought of a hospital bag yet but i suppose i should make sure i have stuff for when i need too.
Are you all organised with pram etc? I was putting off buying a lot until i got to the 24 weeks but now i think i should get my butt in gear and do some serious buying.

I have to be one of the worlds most obsessively compulsive organisers and I love lists. Am quite surprised I have not done the hospital bag list before now lol.
In the same breath we put our order in at Mothercare for furniture and Pram etc by 12 weeks lol, just had everything crossed that it would all be ok, so now it is all due in 6 weeks lol
Can't wait to start building it all up, nursery is pretty much decorated, just waiting for the final touches and the baby lol.
The only things I have left to buy are a few bits of clothes and I want a huge stockpile of toiletries as we will be pretty poor whilst I am on Mat leave, so the more we get before hand the better! x xMarried the Man of my dreams 30/08/2008Baby No.1 arrived 04/04/2012, gorgeous little girl after 4 years of fertility issues!!:j:T0 -
Oh my lord you are super organised. I currently own a few babygrows and a couple of packs of nappies. I could do with some lists by the sound of it!!!
I am on my own aswell as my ex OH ran off at the mere mention of a baby so i really do need to get organised as there is no one else to do it for me. I shall make it my mission in January!!

Do you have Excel on your computer? If you do - send me a PM with your email address and I will send you my bible list! There is way more on there than you will "need" but it will give you an idea - and then you can make your own list!
The hospital list is a link on the main thread list that I just updated with my details on!
