Ooh forgot you're having a rescan, getting to see baby again will be lovely, wish we could see our little one again! Was just telling OH i hadn't felt her much today but after a cold glass of bitter lemon she was off again, it's my non-alcoholic tipple of choice!

Got some lovely maternity jumper dresses in H&M today reduced to £7 each, their baby things are so unusual too, think we'll be doing some sale shopping in there!

Merry Christmas to all you lovely mummies to be, hope you all have a lovely festive time, I'm hoping that with DH around lots for the next week he'll catch our little wriggler and get to feel her kicks, our baby is the best Christmas gift we could wish for, feeling very blessed! xx
  • Hi everyone, hope you all had a wonderful christmas, ours was so nice, most people had bought bump presents too which I wasn't expecting, but was really really lovely.

Feeling a bit rubbish today, tired out and this cold still hasn't shifted properly, it is sitting on my chest and is very rumbly!

Well - Happy Christmas and here is to a very good new year to you all x x x

We have had a lovely Christmas, MIL gave me DH's baby blanket, been in the family for years, it's so special I cried when we got home! Now we've had some time off work I'm feeling like starting to get things ready for April, so I've made a list of things we need to think of, buy and do before then, I like to feel organised! Best few nights sleep in ages too as DH surprised me with a Dreamgenii pillow as recommended by his colleague, and some bed socks to keep my icey cold feet warm, he's such a sweetheart I don't deserve such a lovely man :)

Any special NYE plans ladies? I must say I've not missed having a drink, but have eaten soooo much bad stuff!
  • Hi All
Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas; how exciting that next year we will all be celebrating our first babies Christmas.

We had our second scan at 22 weeks and the consultant confirmed the talipes but felt it was positional and that it would only take massage and physio. The time between the 20 week initial diagnosis and the 22 week scan gave us alot of time to research talipes and thanks to this and other forums we were able to gain alot of valuable advice/info. Still a bit angry with the hospital as they scared the living daylights at our 20 week scan and then send us home for 2 weeks.
But we know we have a healthy baby boy and can't wait to meet him in april (he certainly was spoilt by family at Xmas so god knows what next year will be like).
Thankyou to all the messages of support
and heres to an amazing 2012

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
