I have GOT to relax! Poor DH is a blimmin saint, we decided to choose this week of all weeks to get the hallway and spare room floor stripped and varnished, the 1-2 hour drying time took closer to 12 hours so we can't get to bed til 2am for the next two nights and I've suddenly had a hit of hormones and feel like Godzilla, getting my hair cut today and doing some Christmas shopping in the hope I calm down a bit, I need some maternity jeans now too as I finally have a hint of a bump, hurrah!
This week someone rubbed my tummy for the first time, I thought I'd be cool with it, apparently not, I felt all wierd afterwards!0 -
I have been very tight lipped about the name we have chosen for our pink baby but our choice is VERY similar to yours!
It just has such a lovely ring to it, and as she was conceived in Italy - we were really keen to pick something Italian! x x xMarried the Man of my dreams 30/08/2008Baby No.1 arrived 04/04/2012, gorgeous little girl after 4 years of fertility issues!!:j:T0 -
Hi Ladies,
Had a really busy week, works xmas doo, went home at 10, was shattered lol. Christmas shopping yesterday and today, but it is all done now and wrapped - so I am ready!!!
Glad you all like the name, it is very pretty. We have bought loads of bits now, and are going to start sorting the nursery this week, very excited. I have it all planned now and am really looking forward to getting on with it. Can't wait for all the furniture to come now so that we can see it how it will be when she is here!
How is everone else feeling. I will be 22 weeks on Monday and am feeling very very heavy! I am carrying really high on my front, and it feels heavy - I know it will get heavier, but it has shocked me a little. I like it though x x x xMarried the Man of my dreams 30/08/2008Baby No.1 arrived 04/04/2012, gorgeous little girl after 4 years of fertility issues!!:j:T0 -
We got our Down's results today, and both babies are low risk. So that is good news!
Had to go to post office and Boots, and then made OH to take me to a nice Italian place for some lunch and a quick trip to Mothercare. We seem to disagree on most things... Will see how we manage later on!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

Isabelle was my top girls name but it is so popular, as echoed on here lol so we decided to change it
Great choice ladies.

Hi everyone,
I've not posted in a while but have been keeping up to date on my phone. A few weeks ago I was able to work myself up into a frantic state quite easily as I was so worried I had nothing in there!
I just randomly called into our community clinic and there was a midwife there who saw me in a few minutes. She said she understood my concerns and offered a scan. I did shed a few tears when I seen everything was OK. delighted!
So now I am 19 weeks and due to go for my big scan a few days after christmas. Really looking forward to that. Feeling lots of movement this past week. especially if I am sitting forward, sort of bent at the stomach if you know what I mean. It makes me feel fantastic!!!:T0 -
Great news gotothec
Bet you can't wait for the scan. We have booked a 4d scan between xmas and new year and I am so excited for that

Morning ladies, hope you and your bumps are all well. I'm just chilling for a bit after a busy morning making chocs and marmalade for xmas pressies and soup for packed lunches. I have more chocs to make later but I need a rest! Also got the bathroom to clean then will reward myself with a nice (not too) hot soak in the bath! DH is at work and won't be home till about 9pm so I have plenty of time!
Had a lovely day yesterday, went shopping with my mum, only to a small town but it has a fab market and lots of nice little shops and we bought loads! then we called at mothercare on the way home and I got curtains to match the baby's bedding and a few other bits. Ooooh I got 2 twin packs of fitted cotbed sheets reduced from 17.99 to 6.50 too! And mum bought baby a teddy. We're planning to sort the baby's room once xmas is out of the way. The furniture is due to be delivered towards the end of Jan, can't wait to get it all set up!0
