    Morning All :j

Mozzy - oohh fab news !!

Am glad that more are reaching 24 weeks that means there will be even more familiar faces on the 'big girls' pregnancy thread :rotfl:

Had an unbelievaby bad nightmare night before last, father had died and mother had sort of glossed over it  (am slightly anxious for when bubs comes as my mother hates my father so there will be tension) woke up in full tears mode (this never ever happens!!!!!!!) got hug from hubby so all ok :o

Decided to hit Mr T yesterday to search for bargains managed £1 suit trousers for hubby (they were grey originally £20+ with ordinary reduced stock), some baby clothes (dungarees set, hats, bibs etc for £1 or bit more)

    - Note I ignored the £1 rail with its exciting sequinned hats (staff had got there I suspect anyway, I know they were going to bring out more at some point but was not going to hang around!!)and went for reduced stock for baby boys that was elsewhere on rails (and mixed in with standard stock) and doublechecked prices, it took effort but payed off!! There was a scanner near the clothes :rotfl:

I also got overcharged on some reduced tommy tippee sterilising fluid, it was reduced on shelf to 1.49, scanned at 2.99 so DTD refund meant got £6 back :) hubby was actually quite impressed at that one :rotfl:

we also did all of xmas shopping at tkmaxx and got some baby stuff in one hit, great for quality pressies, hubby did not faint at the till luckily £179 ! Note did get one of those machines which purees, defrosts, heats etc to make baby food and it was reduced to £25!!!!!! from about £79.99!!!! we dont have a microwave so think it will be useful & cheaper to make own baby food.

So after stopping for a panini, taking home a 'proper' cornish pasty and some walnut whips at home after eating the pasty I flaked my feet were so sore!!!!

  • Morning all, hope you and bumps are all good.

Well my step brother has not had a good word to say to me about my pregnancy, he thinks as he's the eldest he should have the 1st boy grandchild and has told me he'll kill me if i have a boy (he had the 1st grandchild so i don't see the problem) He's never said congratulations or anything, just told me how erm...loose i'll be down there after i've had the baby (although he was a lot more crude than that) well announced last night that his wife is 10 weeks pregnant. I feel like a bad person but i kind of feel like they've stolen my thunder a little bit but i would never dream of saying anything other than nice and positive things to them. My mum has told him if he's going to be a dad for the 2nd time he needs to grow up and stop treating me so badly as it's very upsetting, i get on really well with his wife and have always gotten along fine with him until i got pregnant. I would love our kids to be close as they will be close in age but if he keeps on like this it'll spoil our relationship totally.

Still on the positive sied, 20 weeks today :) and only one week until we find out if we're team pink or team blue, i honestly can't wait.
