Hi Anderson glad you feel better! What do you mean by pumped - exercise?
I am trying to go on my cross trainer 2-3 times a week and that's the extent of exercise for now. Hoping to go swimming at some point too but mainly when weather improves.

Anderson Im glad your feeling better now!! lol!
Sparkle I remember us saying before we have got our 20 wk scans on the same day, I dont know why but we think we are having a girl too, we havn't brought anything yet, but when we look at clothes we seem to make a beeline for pink things without even thinking about it. Cant wait for next week, but I know we'll be nervous again on the way there.
Hope everyone is well, I have got quite bad back ache, to the extent that I couldnt roll over in bed last night, OH offered to push me! :rotfl:Hope it doesnt last too long as I cant image when I am heavily pregnant! Thinking of going swimming or trying preg yoga, anyone else doing anything?Living as simply as we can

My belly is stretching again. I hate it when that happens, since my bleed I've been freaking out at every little thing.
I'm 17+6 today, only 5 days until my scan at Fetal Medicine in Cardiff's UHW. I hope to God everything is ok.Wife and mother :jGrocery budget

Hi jcr that's good news re the clothes, what bargains too at those prices! I am petite so it's so hard to get normal clothes let alone maternity ones - bah humbug... Speaking of clothes my mum posted us a gorgeous knitted white set complete with booties and a hat, plus two short sleeved body suits. I got all teary at my office, it's really lovely.
Anderson I know now ha ha, new word for me, wasn't sure if you were predictive text messaging or it was just me thinking exercise!
Sequeena I hope these 5 days go quick for you and will try to keep up to date on the thread next week so see how you get on, we have everything crossed for you and hope the tummy pains stop soon.
Pookie not long now, I have the week off and am going to try not to wish it away because of the scan Friday but it will be hard.
Re: exercise my brother is a yoga teacher and keeps trying to convince me so at some point I may give in re: pregnancy yoga, but as he doesn't teach that specific type I'll have to make sure he knows someone or swats up a bit! Swimming is my preferred option though...
This week is def my last chance re: clothes, on my week off I must focus on getting more stretchy stuff, never loved elastane so much!
Well I am 19 weeks now, still don't feel my tummy is that noticeable with clothes on, I am sure though I shouldn't be complaining as it's enabled me to wear normal clothes for a little longer... Besides I am petite and hubby is of a lean to medium build, so maybe that's part of it, I keep expecting a huge belly despite these 2 obvious genetic factors!:):)

oh dear my consultant wants to see me. i'm not meant to see her till 34 or 36 weeks, but she asked to see me begin of april and has moved my scan forward. I've changed scan back tho as otherwise hubby can't come and an evening appointment is important. i do hope she got good news for me. she was ment to phone me with info about labouring after section and hasn't phoned. Guess i'm gonna have to fight my corner. but will stay positive and just hope she wants to see me as it easier to explain face to face rather than on phone.
i'm 15 + 3 or 2, can never work it out. i think i'm meant to have anti-natel next week but i can't remember. i don't have a midwife phone mumber so hopefully she will phone or text me to confirm .

Sequeena What do you mean by stretching? Hope you are feeling ok and staying positive for your appointment on Friday? Will give you a wave when you're coming past my office!
Sparkle I find only in certain things is my belly noticable - esp my bargain £6 maternity leggings from Asda - they make me look like I have a real bump!

Jcr mine is a week before you. You're right about time flying (as well as dragging). Are you getting lots of stretching pain? I'm only guessing that it's stretching pains. I hope it is!0
