I was told this also - my rescan is on the 6th Oct x

Your rescan is loads earlier than mine, considering there's only a week difference in our dates! I have to wait till three quarters of the way through November. Lol, I even counted the weeks as it seemed so long away, but they have got it right. :D

Janninew, try not to worry too much about the sickness and the effect on the baby xxx

I am 32+3 and have had severe sickness all the way through (had to begin maternity leave early because of it) and am over a stone lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight. I have been worried about the effect of Flump but the midwife and doctors have assured me he's growing well :) they said he's taking everything he needs and not to worry about him :)

You really have my sympathy as it's horrible being sick :( xxx

Oh, also meant to say I got a great new bra. I bought a bravada seamless bursing bra, good for during pregnancy and after birth. I not usually a fan of non-wired, as I was DD pre pregnancy, but this bra is really comfy and supportive. Got mine for £26, so they're not that cheap but sizes have a good wide range, so you won't need to keep buying a new one all the time. (The whole size range fits into just 4 sizes) :D

Aha. great minds. Bravado original double plus , and bravado silk (if i dont swell too much!) are the ones i have my eyes on. I've already grown from D to F and if i'm like mum, once beanie arrives, i think i'll be J or G! eek!
Where did you get yours? The place i was going to use is this, the prices seem a little lower than some, and free Uk delivery too.

I seem to have been in maternity stuff for ages, but two of the pairs I bought don't fit comfortably already! Maybe cos they're under the bump style and my 'bump' isn't firm enough to stop them digging in yet, or maybe cos baby wants to sit as low as possible all the time! The other pair are huge and need pulling up constantly, very flattering. :D

Good job they were all Ebay ones, but I've suddenly got a hankering for some lovely maternity denim dungarees to solve the endless waistband problems, and have discovered they cost a fortune. Even on Ebay they're a bit pricey for me, and seem to be out of fashion in most shops.

I've got some of those in fact I am wearing them today :D bought from Mothercare they were £40 but if you signed up to their baby club thing there was a voucher in the pack for £5 off maternity clothing so I paid £35 still expensinve for what they are and they only look half decent now my bump is emerging !

Gender scan day tomorrow so so excited to find out what team we are :D hope everyone is well

    xx

I kept getting Mothercare come up on Google, but they've not got them in at the mo that I could find, I may have to pay £25 quid for some secondhand ones on Ebay. :( Dunno why, but I just want some, nooooowwww! :D Mad pregnancy whims eh?

P.s. good luck with the scan :)

Got a lovely email confirming order and that it was on it's way. Free delivery and arrived quickly. Would buy from there again :)

Do you mean Angel Sounds doppler? DH bought me one for my birthday. I tried using it from about 11 weeks, but just got placenta sounds and my heart beat until about 16/17 weeks. I can now at 21 weeks hear beanie quite well, especially the kicking/punching which sounds very funny!

It is very easy to use, and if i didnt have such a porky tummy anyway, i suspect i would have been able to hear beanie significantly earlier and more easily!
