Does anyone havethis thing where they don't feel pregnant? I'm 16 weeks and I just don't feel pregnant at all, I did to start with. I'm not showing, might be because I am overweight slightly, well bmi of 30. But I don't look any bigger

abby nice to see you. I don't really feel pregnant (I do get heartburn at night though) and I have put weight on but it's easy to forget im pregnant most of the time.

Hi Galavaniser, nice to know! I think I remember you saying you were in West Sussex, can you say whereabouts? I think a Next outlet is opening here soon nearer to me so I may at least be able to get clothese for bubs there eventually. To start it will be Primark and Asda stuff though.

Abby good to see you - I don't feel pregnant either! Apart from feeling hungrier and really struggling to button my work trousers today, my only 'proof' is the scan pic! Need those ebay button extender thingies to arrive quick... this is getting painful! There's been the odd moment when I've gone to put shoes on and gone 'ouch must be gentler' but that's it.

Anderson as to vitamins, I did start to take the Pregnacare ones that include Omega3, was feeling a bit weird that week though and headachy, so wanted to lay off them for a bit then try again, to ensure the headaches were unrelated. Though I have heard people get headaches from taking them, not sure why.

Mamas and Papas came back about the pram query we had, turns out the seated area can be washed by hand with mild detergent, result! Just need to find a replacement hood perhaps as the one we have has some cracks and some marks from being in storage.

Looks like we will all be in bold together on the main pregnancy thread come July!

  • anderson - re vits I've been taking the pregnacare ones from before conception to now, was amazed after paying nearly £6 in the supermarket that the pharmacy often has them on sale for £3.50! they are soo expensive unless you can stock up when an offer is on.

abby, I so think having a bump helps, I didn't feel pregnant at all until bump started to show, it sort of confirms that there's something growing in there! just wait till you start to feel the movements :) I can't wait. Def eating lots too which is the most noticable :) I'm ALWAYS hungry

oh the dreaded heartburn started for me this week :( eveyr night I find myself lying in bed with it, is there anything that is safe to take does anyone know of ??
