I would imagine most hits and bookings will be via rightmove.0

Good morning: Our property was removed from Rightmove immediately after we accepted an offer: since then we have kept track of the hits on Housenetwork and were pleased to see a great deal of activity. We are still on course to complete on Valentine's.
To Majik: It took us 3 weeks before we had our first viewing...we sold to that very couple!
Good luck.

Good morning: Just a quick note to say we completed yesterday...Housenetwork and Conveyancing Warehouse (Roberts Solicitors) have been brilliant...the money we saved on conveyancing and estate agents fees will pay for our trip to Canada:D

Congratulations Canucklehead (the name now makes much more sense
).
Still no booked viewings
40 views online though - I may have to review my listing, although my impatience probably isn't helping!

Thanks! Stay the course (for the time being)...you are getting the hits on Housenetwork and undoubtably many more on Rightmove. We'll send some of our luck your way.

Nice one Canucklehead, I'm very pleased for you. Thanks for the recent help you've given us all.
We've had 3 agents around today for valuation purposes and one EA stated that most their houses sell through contact from RM. Thats good to hear I replied

Hmm...looking for some advice. It's now been three full weeks, we've had 70 page hits and 90 room downloads. Not a sniff of a booking though. I'm starting to feel a little deflated.
So......
In the tradition of MSE - help me out guys!!!
Here's my flat - tear it apart and tell em what could be improved on the page - all help, criticism and anything thoroughly appreciated!

You'll get loads of hits now Majik

I'll take a look0 -
It looks very presentable in my opinion. The one thing I noted was the order of photos. I clicked on the gallery and all the photos seemed a bit jumbled up and in no particular order.
On a personnal level I would lose the coffee table to give a more spacious feel. Maybe even the chair by the door too?
Hope that helps you and good luck0 -
Dress it up a little bit more. Remove the dishes off the kitchen sink, and put a nice vase of flowers in the kitchen. You can also see there are clothes in the washing machine.
Can you borrow a white duvet cover off a friend? a white duvet cover (or pale cream) with a couple of nice cushions will make the bedroom seem a lot nicer. The one at the moment blends in with the building in the background0
