Those who have received lump sums how lomg was it between calling and renewing? as I
renewed 5th late. so guess computer updated over nite. Mine is defo overpayment for this year
as only one childcare... they so far have overpaid since april... i really dont like it...
Also income higher last year so will owe some from last year...
The two posters earlier in the thread have reported receiving their lump sum within 5/6 days of renewing by phone. I think one renewed on 4th and the other on the 5th .
Have to say that 5/6 days is an excellent turnaround time by tco.The loopy one has gone :j0 -
I renewed by phone on wednesday 4th may, and recieved a payment on tuesday 10th,paperwork sent out on friday 6th may to me,and regular payments to carry on as usual on a friday..
I called hem to ask if all done and dusted they said yes,so mine was under a week..
Excellent service and turnaround:T,i do not know why some renewals take under a week and some up to 4 weeks?0 -
Hi, just thought I'd add my claim too, I renewed last thursday 8 a.m. by phone, he said I would recieve various notifications by post over the next 2 weeks, well not had any yet but checked my bank today and the was a BGC for £88.00, so I don't know what it's for or whether I'll get some more, or how much my weekly payments are going to be, they are doing fast turn arounds though. Also rang them today and put in the date of my claim and it told me to ring again after the 30th! would have just liked to know whats what though.
Hope everyone gets sorted soon0 -
I did my review on the 4th, I was expecting a payment because I earnt less than estimated but I've not heard anything. My usual payment day is Thursday so i'm hoping my new payments are sorted by tomorrow.0

i estimated last year £12000 but actually only earned £6770. (i was off sick with my back) Estimated earnings this year will be £120000

I renewed on the 5th, told not to ring until after 18th if hadnt had award through. I received an extra payment yesterday as earnt less than predicted and got final award for last year and award for this year with new payment schedule today - so very good turnaround and service. This is in addition to an extra payment i got last month as they wrote to me saying there was an end of year adjustment so hope all ok as my new award for coming year says there are no overpayments due so I am happy as know what to expect every month now....unless life throws something unexpected my way...like a rich handsome man lol0

MFW 2015 £100 /£1000
Watch this space, my MF end date will tumble!!0
