i renewed on the 5th hun, then rang twice today. The first man told me my payments had gone up, and the second call a few hours after said i was getting a one off payment of £32 tomorrow.
i will let u know what goes in tomoz tho. still seems strange to me that people are getting a few hundred quid yet im not getting a lump sum. maybe they pick n choose who gets a lump sum. And also if i owed them money they would want it bk straight away yet they r choosing the way i receive money they owe me.0 -

It would usually go in together. You would normally find that you receive 2/3 "random" amounts in the first week or so after renewal.
Seems strange that you havent received a lump sum.
Out of curiousity , forgetting about estimates , what was your ACTUAL income figures for the 2009/2010 tax year and what is your ACTUAL income this year (2010/2011)?
This is the figures which tco would use to determine if there HAS been an underpayment. The loopy one has gone :j0 -
