he said the weekly payments had gone up £20 odd pounds, so maybe they have spread it out over this year???? it confuses me all this lol. But thank you for replying (i will update u if anything happens):beer: cheers

Mini hijack, but didnt want to start another TC thread.
I got my renewal pack though the post, now am I right in remembering that if my circs hadnt changed then I dont need to call to get them renewed ? ( because I've misplaced the form.. oops )

Oh...strangely enough I read another post on here last week in which someone was saying that instead of lump sum payments this year the tco were planning on increasin weekly payments....

I have geared myself up to receive a lump sum of £1k this year. I would much rather have THAT than an extra few pounds per week...

I renewed by post this year , just yesterday so you should receive your new payments before I do so could you post on this thread to let me know please?

I'm still waiting for our renewal forms.

We're getting just under £40 a week less than what we should be getting, so I hope they hurry up sending it out!

Same here Shellsuit . Im calculating that we are being paid £40-£50 less than we should be getting. My forms arrived yesterday and I posted them back yesterday afternoon so hopefully wont be waiting too long...

hi i received my renewal pack this morning and rang straight away with 2010-2011 yearly pay, they said i would get my award notice by 18th may, iam also owed money as they have underpaid me and they said i would receive this in lump sum and it would not be spread it out over the year, hope this helps

Thanks louthetaff, I don't know if I should ring them bk and ask them again maybe the bloke on the phone is playing a little game with me so im surprised when it goes in...i hope he is lol

just rang again and now they r saying i will get a 1 off payment of £32 tomorrow and then my payment will be weekly then after. She said my payment has been spread over the year (but she didn't sound too convinced herself to be honest)

Im not sure if I would take this as gospel....You say that you only phoned up today to renew and yet you say that during the second call the lady told you that you would be receiving a "one off" payment tomorrow....

That cant be right! it takes a few days to action a payment to your account so theres no way it could be there by tomorrow!
