I wonder what the reason for the sudden turn around could be????
I wonder where this leaves Jamespir's thoughts that they weren't doing anything wrong?!?!?
I'm sure there will be some excuse.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A
If you find my posts useful, "pay it forward" and help someone else out, that's how places like MSE can be so successful.0 -
so you sign in as a new user just to have a pop at me if youve read the whole thread you would see that lucky has been claling me some nasty names thankfully they have been removed by mse now
That is a disappointment
You are still an idiot as I hope the T mobile U-turn on events helps you realise.0 -

but you lot look like the losers now cause youve all cancelled your contracts and i still have mineReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. However, apparently those of us who have already sent them notification of cancellation still have the law on their side to stop their contracts. I'm not sure if I want to leave it at getting what I had already paid for due to the way I have been treated and the hassle it has caused.0

Great news about the back down. But what's the bet we get our data throttled when we go above 500MB... is there anyway I can monitor that? I have an android so an app suggestion would be perfect :-)
T-Mobile may also want to tell their customer services. I just got off the phone 10 mionutes ago with a CS manager who said this is still coming into effect but now from 1st March!0 -

You really have a couple of separate issues.
One is the issue of potential change to T&C which may be to your detriment and can you cacnel (which is what this thread is really about)
Secondly how would you go about proving that you were mis-sold a phone? I am not saying it cannot be done but might be tricky, particulalry given the length of time you have had it. (even if you haven't actually had it working in that time)
Would i have to prove they sold me the phone, or would they have to prove they didnt mis-sell me the phone??
I know when I worked in retail, it was up to the retailer to prove that the Fault or statement the customer was complaining of wasnt correct as opposed to the customer to prove it is??
but that was 10 years ago so things might of changed....0 -
LOL! at the cimb down but i guess they will now cap our speed so we cant stream anyway.0
