If you haven't haven't been informed about the change, you can cancel. If you have had the text you can't as put to me by a T-Mobile manager.0

I've been watching this thread with interest as I really need to upgrade my phone. It has been due for a while but I've noticed that my current one isn't goint to last much longer. I was going to call up for the HTC Desire, staying with t-mobile because of the 3GB limit. I've just checked the website and it still states Android phones get a 3GB FUP.
So ... should I upgrade while the contract still shows 3GB FUP or should I wait until Feb to see how this all pans out?
even if you did upgrade now they could still change itReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. If your reply cannot be nice, has an underlying issue, or you believe that you are God, please post in another forum. Thank you0 -

If you order a PAC witrhout going down the correct route YOU WILL BE CHARGED TO DISCONNECT FROM THE NETWORK.
But of course continue to argue with the poor staff at customer service who are only doing their jobs. Ignore the correct way to follow this out that all the kind people have informed you of to help you out. That won't mark your credit file doing it the incorrect way.
if you want to leave the network for free and you have say over 12 months left are you willing to give your handset back as its not techincally yours till the end of the contractReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. Just got through to what sounded like a gruff scotsman. Kept talking over me and repeatedly stating they had not broken any terms, even refusing to let me quote the terms they have broken to him! I am now expecting a call back from a manager "within two hours".0

Just in case anyone wonders this is categorically not true, ignore this comment.
